Review Of Hotel City Pride

It’s not one of the worst properties I have ever stayed. I can’t believe how mmt have such terrible tie-up with this hotel.. room were dirty and stinky, bedsheets and pillow were smelling like anything ,from AC water was flowing throughput the room.. just because we were not well and we checked in at night 10-40 pm we were not able to go anywhere else... the property should be blacklisted and sorry to say if this hotel is in mmt list you guys will loose your credibility also... for family I would recommend no one to stay in this pathetic hotel

They denied check in. Thanks to make my trip on call support at the last moment. Assisted another hotel at R B Palace. will never recommend the hotel City Pride

no cleaning no ac bathroom so dirty govt bathroom good get my money all i reached hotel not ready bakavas bavavas i booked 4 room deluxe ac no body book here rooms i request to make my trip to remove from side upload photo so nice but rooms give so dirty

not a family hotel likely for unmarried couples rooms are very tiny even one cant walk by bed to washroom bed and blanket were not clean and not even dusted after previous use. suitable for hourly stays only for unmarried couples or boys only

Pathetic, while booking I had chosen this hotel because it provided the flexible check in for 24 hours. I needed the room only for 7-8 hours and I wanted to check in at 6 AM in the morning. First of all the receptionist told me that we don’t have any vacant rooms after after a lot of discussion, He agreed to provide a room which is full of cockroaches and a very ugly smell too. after requesting multiple time, he did not change the room. finally at 1 PM. He changed the room and provided different room. Staff is not at all cooperative. The owner needs to take strict action.

1. Hotel is too much dirty ( room is not clear and clean 2. washroom is too small 3. smell in room 5. Fan/AC is not working very well. request to to unlist this hotel bcoz for booking they are giving dirty and not cleaned hotel

cleanliness is missing, they need to improve on hygiene located in prime location , if maintained clean and neat would be nice

Only location is best all other aspects are below avarage. No intercom , no response to call on mobile. Toilet seat was broken ,was not repaied after reminding many times.

Never ever experienced such a terrible hotel . The rooms were dirty to the extent that we asked for room change twice. Travelling with family, . The staff didn’t care when we told so . The linens were all used and not washed . When asked for linen change , they came to change after 3 hours and multiple reminders. The washroom was clogged with hairs and the tap was leaking 24/7. Strictly not recommended if travelling with family.

The hotel is in the main centre of indore. This is a complete market area to shop for. Hotel staff are so polite & responsive. Allowed me to keep my language near reception post check-out time. Flexible check-in & check-out option is also available with them which made me to plan my trip most comfortable. But the rooms are not comfortable for a family stay or a long stay.

Hotel location is great to explore rajwada palace, kanch mandir and sarafa bazaar. The hotel staff was helpful. The room are ok.

Hotel facilities are terrible and no recommended even for a night stay. But staff attitude is good. From Aircon compressor water was spilling out so much that it drenched the mattress

Prime location, no car parking, room didn’t had any windows, claustrophobic, not recommended for family

Worst rooms. The room was small. A bat was there when we checked in our room. Which came from the unfinished ceiling of the room. Weird smell. Bedspread and bedsheets were not cleaned properly. Overall the worst experience. Disappointed. I dint expect this

Location of the property is very good if you wanna go for market shopping or city tour. Hotel must try to provide ventilation for rooms since there is no place for odour to vacate the place

The stay wasn't that great! the room was very small. It was not which was advertised also for breakfast we where just served poha n tea which would barely cost rs 100 for 3 person, yet we where changed handsomely for it
