Wrong hotel booked i was in nainital but hotel was in ropar unable to cancale my booking please refund my payment

I called owner multiple times but properties owner was too rude. Even i didn't get resolution from customer care as well. I am waiting for resolution after that i will rate app -1 star and uninstall. Even i will make sure all my family members will never use this worst app. Made me mad when i was waiting for resolution

Location was good. Food, service, staff were good. Neat and clean Hotel and value for money.

Room was spacious. It was neat and clean. Washroom was good. Staff behavior was very good. Location was easy approachable. Service was good. I would definitely recommend it and do visit it in future again.

Hotel was not so clean and it was below its standard. The amenities were not provided as per the mark. They didn't clean towel even after complaining they provided but still they gave a towel but it was not clean. So, we stayed for a night and left for the another Hotel.

Average hotel. Not so maintained. But fine as per the rate. desi staff. Need to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of washrooms.
