Review Of Hotel Sahil Palace

The stay was absolutely unacceptable and far from what one would expect after booking a so-called luxury room. No basic facilities were provided—not even tea packs, milk powder, soap, or toiletries. When we asked for these essentials, the Manager arrogantly stated that since the booking was made , we were not entitled to full services, and that only direct bookings receive proper treatment. This is completely unprofessional and discriminatory. What made it worse was that my elderly parents were the ones staying at the property. The staff's rude and dismissive behavior toward senior citizens is appalling and shows a complete lack of basic hospitality and respect. To add insult to injury, they were made to wait over an hour for their dinner, with the excuse of limited staff—while guests at the bar were being served without delay. This kind of service is disgraceful. We feel cheated, humiliated, and extremely let down. I would strongly advise against staying at this property under any circumstances.

Good in all aspects, food delicious and in ample quantity. Supportive staff and good cleanliness. Every thing is fine here. Only improvement needed in entrance from main road.

Poor service. They don't even provide brushkit or a water bottle. When we asked for water at 10 pm, noon e cared enough to provide. You”ll be shocked to see the food price, it beats 5-star hotels hands down. 500 ka ek chicken spring roll. We didn't even try it but can say it”d be nothing special. It’s just a typecast hotel in a small town trying to milk money for lack of options. Waste!

Good quality food

The hotel was so nice & the staff also. Their service was very good & providing hygiene services and good quality of food. The sahil palace is the only one hotel in ropar which comes in high quality and standard.

The room is very small and also smelly. Also night staff are not cooperative. In every room 0. 5ton ac is installed and they are not sufficient for cooling. So as per the cost, facilities are very low.

The room is big but the ac is very small, required a minimum 1 ton ac in the room. Cleaning issue.

Small services are very bad. Ac was leaking water my all clothes wet and the room no. 222 washroom door was transparent this is a very big issue for us

Excellent experience away from home

It's a good and comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is also nice

So terrible experience i had with this hotel. The room was very dirty and the staff didn't even bother to clean it properly. The blanket and towels were so bad that no one wanted to use it. Such a horrible thing happened to me. I couldn't even imagine how i spent the night in that room. The railway track was passing just beside the room. Sleeping like this is another challenge. I was not satisfied at all with the stay.

Approach road is very narrow, hotel is not on road. Complementary breakfast variety is very very limited. Toilet was very having bad smell. Room service is also very poor.
