HOTEL JOT PALACE

Very poor experience overt-here it was my worst experience ever in life stay overt-here completely hopeless arrangements for customers, dirty room with dirty environment in room

This is the worst hotel i ever check in in my all time experience. The behavious of the staff was very bad, we booked two room but they said that we can provide only one room, room cleanliness was very bad, in actual scenario the hotel view was different as compared to shown in pics uploaded on makemytrip, it was a total waste of money, even i did not stay their at night due to security reasons, this hotel is totally unsafe, makemytrip should remove this hotel from their app

There are very idle places and the room was not very clean, there was very little space in bathroom. । Do not go to this hotel.

Hotel was not well cleaned. Kitchen is not available in hotel and when we ordered something from outside, hotel staff refused to provide crockery to serve food. No person was there for room service. Mineral water not available in hotel.

They don't know how to behave with customer.
Pathetic room and service not good.

I liked room. Room service was very much and good quality rooms.
I enjoyed my stay.

Good room at 3 rd floor. Hotel almirah was broken and was full of garbage.
Room was good but without pantry dinner arranged from outside by hotel.

It's all about OK but tough to found hotel.

Rooms are not clean toilet cleaner water pressure is so weak and services poor no drinking water facilities and no kitchen.

Dislike room and I suggest for pupils don't get like hotel.

Location was not that good, but yeah it was fine. Staff was good
It was good overall, had a good time there. Everything was fine. Economic stay in this much amount .

Need to work on everything if want to run the hotel smoothly in future, bad experience.

Bad staff, they don't know how to behave. Difficult to find the exact location if the hotel.

I had to wait for 30 minutes in front of the hotel because the Gate was locked from the inside and they weren’t picking my call too. The room was full with mosquitoes. Door of the almirah was broken and the fan was making a noise louder than the helicopter. It was so irritating. The only good thing about the room was air conditioner.

Very bad experience. Zero cleanliness. Leakage in toilet. Attendants was very lazy. Not availability of hot water.

Rooms are good. But there is no food service and parking . All over its good.

It is in a narrow street, you can not find easily, start of the street is full of waste and garbage. But for economy, we can consider as single stay.

Valuable staying, room provided awesome, facility was good and overall nice go for it

This is total forjary hotel, because customer done the booking from online and went out the hotel then hotel staff says sorry sir no room available in this I'll shifted to you another hotel, another hotel was very cheap so I'll request you to all the customer please don't book this hotel ... Value for. Money. Helpful staff cleanliness was really good. Will definitely re visit
