Review Of Hotel K Surpalz Motel

Ac is not working and food is also not good, it's not clean and not a comfortable stay at this hotel. Hotel management communication is not good

AC not working. also fan not working . room not clean proparly. also proper lights not working in rooms. wifi not available.

Worst in maintaining. Bad smel. Bad smell. Ac are not working

Room was all together not clean. Bedsheet and pillow cover were used and can seen visible hair remaining of previous occupant. Changed room thrice, all five rooms were of same conditions. The bathroom conditions were also same. Absolutely not good for families and kids. Only benifit is on the highway for easy access and comfort.

Location is good but rooms are not hygienic.

The rooms are very basic with a bed and a washroom, just enough to spend the night. The room we were given just clean enough, not spotlessly clean. We even found an old towel and a used soap in the washroom, but thankfully we were given new towels and soaps as well. The weird part was that the AC in the room was controlled from below. Anyways all was working and well, the waiters in the below restaurant are the people who help you out and they were helpful enough. Would recommend this place for one stay only.

The location was good but the service was not at the standard as compare to hotel. The need to improve their service. The room was neat and cleaned. Food was amazing ans taste. Overall experience was good.

Room cleanliness, service and food quality very poor. Equipment’s installed like TV old model and picture quality bad and AC very old and NOISY same condition of fan also. Room service is very delayed.

Overall it was a good place to stay. For my point of view this is the nearest hotel so location of the hotel is very good, it is on main road easily accessible. Service, rooms and other facility is good.

Rooms are clean and wonderful room service. There is always a boy for service. Food is the excellent, worth money. There is a motel in the hotel which is a wonderful place for the children to play there. Hotel is located on the Chandigarh- Dharamshala highway so you can easily reach there.

Food is excellent. The hotel is on the highway. The staffs are very cordial and well behaved. The rooms are very poorly maintained. Bathrooms are dirty. The electrical wiring are very unsafe. The lawn is beautiful. The motel is in the middle of field.

Below Average. Room conditions were bed. Not clean. Tolilets were also not so good. Dirty basket. They are taking 1000 rupees per night and using dirty basket and mugs. But the Sajjan Ka Dabba was very good. It's located near this hotel. Awesome food.
