Social distancing is no more in haridwar as lots of people come for ganga bath. Hotel has sanitizers provided and safety measures are good.

Not clean room and water not coming from the washroom tap.

Very miserable stay in the hotel. I can't sleep during night because of suffocation and mosquitoes in the room. Unclean bed, bed sheet, wash basin and toilet. No proper maintenance. Hotel people are not co operative.

No service in hotel no cleanliness . I came there to stay for three days but the hotel condition is very bad and I left the in early morning . Location is very difficult to find the hotel . I will not suggest to stay here

The bedsheet was dirty. When asked to change firstly they argued that it is already clean. Then he changed and while changing the guy stepped onto the bed barefoot with dirty sole and placed the blanket on the floor which we were supposed to use. The washroom had no towel soap and even mug. We had to ask for it. Water dripped on the window AC making annoying noise

Fraud of Makemytrip. Hotel is denting reputation of website. I booked a four bedded room but the room was allotted to some other party, Totally unprofessional, Was offered small room with extra bed on floor. Hotel staff was totally unable to explain why they did so. During daytime they called to enquire arrival time and conspired. Makemytrip should take strict action or remove hotel from list.

Bathroom was too small, rooms are too old, shower does not work, toilet need to be cleaned. Lot of renovations needed in hotel. Not at all 2 stars worthy. But overall staff is good and will behave good with you.

I have booked a five bedded standard deluxe room. But that was occupied and hotel people provided me a congested four bedded room. One of us has slept on floor. Room service is also very poor. Hotel people don't respond to your requests.

The Hotel Staff was very cooperative. It was pleasant and comfortable stay. Cleanliness and services were good. Rooms were spacious. We just stayed there for a day but overall experience was good. It is value for money.

Room is good location is OK facilities are OK enquiry services are not so good cab facility not provided by hotel at tym overall good and value for money you can stay there if you want peace for sometime Its nice.

I booked AC rooms in this hotel but when I on AC after few mins they cut electricity connection and hot water geysers is not available in bathrooms if you want to get hot water then first we call him and ask for hot water and they provide 10lt bucket in your room after 30mins. Services is during 8 am to 11 pm. Bathrooms is very small. Food quality is very poor which they provide in our rooms food price is high as compared to their rates ac remote not provide if you want to set ac temperature then we not get set AC temp. Rooms fully closed no window provide in rooms. 14-15 inch TV is provided in rooms. Only location is good of this hotel. Remaining facilities are very poors
