Looks from outside the hotel might look bad, but inside the hotel its very decent. Stay was very comfortable except the hot water was not available at the time we used. It was okay since we were visiting on summer. But do check with the hotel prior visiting in winter. We didn't get the chance to try food. Everything else was good.

Located at prime location in the centre of the market. Services are too awesome.

I booked one oom for one night.

We booked hotel china r comforts 2 days prior to our stay. And, i must say it was not as comfortable as one would expect from a basic hotel. The room was dusty and looked like it had not been refurbished in a long time. The bed linen and towels were not fresh either. The only toiletry provided was a soap and no running hot water(a basic amenity served by every hotel in kashmir since it’s a cold place. Another basic amenity they did not find suitable to provide were water bottles. We had to bring our own in from a nearby shop. The tv setup box was not recharged as well. Given the experience with room, my husband and i didn’t dare to experiment their food and chose to eat outside. In summary, won’t recommend this if you intend to spend more than one night and looking for a comfortable stay.

Hotel do not provide any fooding facility. It is not for family and couple. It seems like guest house.
