TV is their but not working. toilet was not cleaning and comfortable. landline intercom speciality not working

Weird behaviour of staffs, I didn’t get what I saw frI have booked for family but they given couple room.... how the kids will sleep again they are asking money for extra bed. But they have taken booking for two adult and two childrens

The room was smaller The near by area is not decent for Family and the parking on public road is not safe also. The parking is very risky as there are road side food stalls wastages will be thrown on the car and even spitting. There are no TV , Cable services and the bedding was worst ever with torn bedsheets, foul smell and dirty. I really don’t recommend this Hotel for a decent family even Hygiene: 0%, safety : your luck, surroundings: unsafe, parking: take your chance, amenities: 0%. Public Lounges are definitely safe and hygiene than this place. This place is not eligible for any ratings and not sure about others.

Overall good, near to all tourist destinations, just opposite to st philomena cathedral. Toilet could've been better

Room service can be better...... Bathroom should be clean. Except this everything is good...But there is no wifi eventhough i have booked a room with wifi

The room was too small and the bathroom was far smaller and scary and not very clean and the bead had cockroaches in it

we booked ac they provide only non ac,very worst don't book, there staff behaviour also not good they will not adjust anything and washroom not clean and totally waste money 2054Rs.

First of all, it doesn't have sufficient parking space. The space they have is belongs to hotel gift shop. Secondly, room was okay and it didn't have any window, hence air circulation was blocked. Thirdly, their washroom was very bad. Additionally, they don't provide any soaps & toiletries.

It was an average stay. The wash room needs to be maintained. The rooms are okay. Staff are excellent

No hotel parking ....u r park your car in road .... No helpful staff in hotel...no hot water in ur room...not a clean room and bed....very bad experience

Only thing good is the location, everything else is low grade. Just adding "international" in name does not make it international. Overall experience is very bad. Wont recomend

No wifi restroom door is damaged vertically as it's visible from outside gave very small room for triple occupancy

Overall experience was good but service is poor, could not retrieve a lost item. I contacted the hotel for the same but they could not find it

It was the worst stay ever. Pls do not book seeing the pics it is not of that hotel. I was literally shocked to see the hotel. The hotel even had no parking we had to oark the vehicle in main road. Then abt room it was just awful. The bedsheets were torn, the sheet colour were faded. Bathroom was hopeless. I tried for refund but they refused to give that. Please never ever go there seeing the pics. It was the dumpest decision to book. I want to suggest you to pls validate the authenticity of the pics attached as it has turned out to b a nightmare for me and family. No heater. Had to take shower in chilled water. Don't want to say more😭
