Hotel location was very good. View from the room was the best. Food was the best . Location on mall road. Market walking distance. Service was the best.

We check out the same day immediately due to no hygienic condition of the room I booked. Totally waste of money.

location OK. but there is no staff. no one is present at hotel. Geyser is not working. smells dirty. Food is Not Available. bugs are all over.

pathetic condition.... don't book as any one can get room at much lower price after reaching at hotel at almost one third. no complimentary water bottles. even towel was provided on demand. toilet paper was provided on demand. no proper lights in room and bathroom snd many more....

It was very good stay in the hotel. Property 's location is good just 300 m away from gandhi chowk. Room with valley view was nice. Rooms are quiet spacious with king bed. Bathroom and toilet was clean and hygienic. Hot water geyser was there. Manager and staff are very polite. Their restaurant food was very good and has good options. It is secure and safe stay.

It was nice stay, but property need maintenance. Location is good but there is no privacy in balcony area, that should be separate. Otherwise staff behavior nd food was good. If you have tight budget then you can consider.

Hotel bombay palace is nice hotel to stay with family. Also it is very close to near by market. View from the balcony was also fantastic and staff was also good.

We stayed for two nights in Bombay palace hotel, hotel has its own parking, very helpful staff. Hats off to manager Mr. Madan who was very nice person. We enjoyed very delicious food at hotel, location was very near to Gandhi Chowki. Overall it was a memorable trip.

Very good hotel. Rooms are spacious. The washroom is also quite spacious. Hot water is available 24 hours. A comfortable bed that gives very good quality sleep. Overall, the hotel is very clean. Staff at the reception are polite and helpful.

Very bad experience, the behaviour of the staff is very rude, dirty pillow covers, the washroom is very smelly, even we leave the hotel one day before and going to another hotel.

The location is very good, in sightseeing specially. I was with my family so the rooms were good and cleaned. There is some water issue as they have to buy water but all went okay. Perfect value for money. All markets are 500-600 metres away. So you can do shopping and all easily.
