Good stay. Place was clean. Location was close to bus stand. Staff were cooperative & caring awesome

Overall, my experience at the hotel was mediocre. The property's proximity to the bus stand was convenient, but the hotel itself felt outdated and had cleanliness issues. While the location was convenient, the aging facilities and cleanliness concerns detracted from the overall experience.

Food is good. Location is very easy to reach and there lack of others sevices like wifi and electricity points is not available in the room except one point.

The room was too dirty and not well managed. The basement area is too dark and humid, backside of hotel is dumped with a lot of garbage. Facility not worth the amount paid.

This hotel is at prime location, facilities provided were good. Here staff is very co-operative, humble and attentive. They also guide tourists perfectly. Opting for this hotel made our experience really grateful.

Hotel kumar is a very nice hotel which is right next to dalhousie bus stand. The staff here is very nice the hotel is very clean. The room is very nice. The view from the room is also quite nice. I would recommend staying here again.

Stay was nice and staff was friendly and nice. Rooms were also nice. They also have their own restaurant where one can have food it is pretty good. It is very near to bus station which is nice thing as one need not travel a lot to reach hotel.

Hotel kumar's is very dirty on stay, there's no cleaning anywhere, bed was so small bathroom terribly dirty mattress is bad smelling staff behavior was not supported and they are very rude and unprofessional. I have some photos from there, please don't promote this hotel to anyone.

1. Rooms smells and need multiple follow up to get it clean. Despite handover of keys, no one bother to clean the room 2. If you place order for tea or small order, they don't bother. You will have to keep follow up with them for hours. They focus on big orders. 3. They give last preference to Complementary Breakfast. Even at morning 10 am you won't get breakfast. They first provide services to chargeable orders placed by others guests. 4. Despite being too cold, there is no facility for the heater. They will charge you heavily per night for a small heater.

The bathroom was too dirty, jet was not there. Room service was pathetic. Only the beds were ok. Digital payment not accepted.

Wanted to stay in a hotel close to bus stand. Hotel kumar was ideal. Rooms were big and spacious. Wooden floors if you book deluxe room. Value for money hotel. Some of setbacks are they don't have a power backup hence power will go off every now and then. Some times water may not come in the pipes. Have to report and then the water comes. May be due to maintenance staff negligance. There are good cheap eatries close by. Gandhi chouk and shubash chouk are close by. Ideal location.
