Make my trip. You guys are fooling customers. I have pure- booked the hotel but after reaching there the hotel person said that they have not received any confirmation from mm t. The hotel person is good he provide us his own room which has no ac available. But the main culprit is you guys who are fooling customers

Bakwaas service
Basic needs is not present. Gyser, exhaust, water leaking room. Ac is not working. Rooms are not hygenic.

Great staff and location but property needs repair
coupleMe and my wife stayed at hotel bhagirathi for 3days. Day 1 -23rd march 2024 in deluxe room no. 203 and rest 2 days ie on 24th march and 25th march 2024 in superdelux room no. 201. Now i will start with pros - location was great, very near to market place at tapovan, 2nd - staff were very helpful & active and were present at one call. So hospitality by staff was great. Now cons- 1st: this property needs some repair as door knob was broken and it was very difficult to lock room no. 201, also door handle was not present in inner side of door -2nd -eye peeping through keyhole was possible as keyhole was big hence room was visible from outside. So it hampers our privacy and was very disturbing. 3rd - walls of balcony needs some putty and doormat outside bathroom was old & useless. 4th commode was new and clean but it was not fixed properly. Overall i request mmt and bhagirathi by perfect stays to look into this matter and repair these small things of property.

I would share some positive and negative points first positive points the hotel is is main market and location is great everything is nearby and heart of the city negative point is rooms are not good bathroom accessories are not working means hotel is old they are only making profit not rooms are small but location point of view hotel is good and pocket friendly if you can adjust these things then hotel is good for you

Quality time spent
It's a superb property with very friendly staff and an awesome stay experience, really recommend this property for corporate groups and individuals. Staff behavior cleanliness and total experience are 10 out of 10, food quality is also awesome.

Perfect location
Great location, and really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of them are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places we stayed.

Fun tim
The hotel’s location is convenient. We asked for an early check-in and the hotel happily accepted it. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are pocket-friendly. What else do you need. They have working geysers which is not something you get in every hotel here. Had a fun time staying here.

Modern opulence
The location of hotel gray castle is perfect for exploring haridwar. It's just a short walk to the banks of the gang-es and all the major temples. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is also excellent.
