room quality and hygiene not good.cockroach and not clean bed sheets.food also bad

Tiny room and they have cockroaches for company. when i informed front desk they denied to change my room and instead a boy was sent with a broom to clear them. Cockroaches kept appearing whole day.

3. Although the rooms sizes were similar, we were allotted a older room, since the ac wasn't working in these rooms we were then allotted a new room with similar dimensions. We were a couple and only one bottle water provided

When i checked in, the basic requirement of a table and chair was not available in the room. When contacted the reception they have informed me that i should have put a separate request for this basic requirement.

Staff is courteous. Complimentary breakfast was just poori bhaaji. No eggs. No south indian. No coffee. No toast. Breakfast could be improved. Rooms are small.

Hotel was very clean and neat. Staffs are very friendly and they have their own resturant which is a added advantage you dont have to search for food in mid night. Food rates are very reasonable

I checked into the hotel at 11:00 pm but they did not have any room vacant. I kept waiting for the room till 12:00 am in the night.

Hotel is not 3 stars category. Furniture is old, linen is old and with stains, walls are unpainted. He did not have a separate non smoking room. Looks overall an rundown hotel.
