The room was not good. The water supply was not proper. Checked out in just 4 to 5 hours because of this.

Room are quite good. There was no toiletries, towels, etc. Rooms were not pest control. Price is too high then service.

Too much mosquitoes , bad local hood but decent rooms, no lift and rooms were a little dirty . Interior was good though

You guys make us fool by saying this, that this is a Double Premium Badroom, But the reality that was a single room like an executive. There was a 0 maintenance of cleaning. Terrible

No cleanliness found. Staff are friendly but hygienic is big concerned. I will not recommend any one.

the first day no towel was given and the next day was my birthday and i had asked them to clean the room in the afternoon at 4 but we came back at 11 pm yet the room was not cleaned & the other room given was having cockroaches and insects in it even the washroom the basin tap was not working no hot water was given and the few of the staff was very rude to my fiancé which is why i m posting this so that people would know their services are not good at all.

Somehow i managed in the room and bathroom was very horrible water drainage was blocked and water was coming out from floor drain.

Not responding staff i told them to have a new bed sheet but they don’t change it

Rooms are not clean, extremely rude staff, they don't know how to speak to the guests. It was a 1 night stay but a terrible experience.

Hotel staff is good. Room was also clean and lookwise also the interior was good everything was fine

I have booked premium room they have given me normal small room that we have waited for about 40-50 mins. Reception staff is rude in behaviour.

Location is easily accessible from nearby metro station but in case of cleanliness, it is poor. Behavior of staff is good but they didn't change the linen, bedsheet etc. Also found bed bug.
