very good experience good time spent there very polite hotel staff 4 out of 5 !! one suggestion - increase Litt bit clean

Property is not upto the mark . property is very dirty TV without access of Dth services. however they have provided on asking. property is not maintained at all. but one thing is ok that staff is very positive and helping..

The hotel is good according to me because I like the classic and old design rooms, apart from this my father and mother liked the room here ... the rest of the hotel staff is also good yes, but in the hotel one has to talk to the staff for drinking water in the bathroom and for the TV That too for that... yes the view outside the room also looks very nice

the price is good as per location which is near to mall but the rooms are very dirty. they don't even keep water bottles. and staff call option is not there. it should have a price of 500 per room. not 1 k or 900 ( after gst ). Poor service. TV not working. Wordrobe broken. Mat not available. Provide after asking. Breakfast available only after 7 am, not before that. Need to place order for lunch/dinner 3-4 hrs prior. No vegetable served in dinner, however, they confirmed about the. vegetable item while ordering.

Very high rate according to property and rooms, very poor service from hotal . I book the delux room but hotal i rest in simple room Not single Fan in room . Third class hotal . I pay the delux room payment but I rest in simple room so request you my amount refund.

Location of the hotel is good. There is no restaurant in this hotel. Rooms are not well maintained. There is damp on the walls and ceiling. Service is good, as hey respond on call, although there is no intercom in the room.

Best location near to Gurudwara Singh sabha and also near to lift to move mall road. Hotel staff very adjustable and helpful.
