There was no cold water coming in bathroom only hot water, that to too hot cant be used by people.worst experience

this time it was a pathetic stay as there were cockroach in the room. and more to it when I complained at the reception they just took a photo of the cockroach from my phone and didn't respond. i don't understand how being in the service industry how they can be so insensitive.

It's really a nice hotel to stay. Rooms and environment is clean and tidy. Staff are polite and co-operative. Wifi is available but not working during my stay. Restaurant is superior to other similar hotels. Location is mid of the City. Overall above our expectations for the price range. Enjoy the rooftop and Garden Restaurants available. Please ensure the availability for early check-in as Rooms are always full. Plan your work accordingly.

Very Bad experience with above properly. Bad oder in hotel, Old vitage type of rooms, cocroches are in the bed frniture. Horrible !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—close to all major attractions. The food was delicious with a great variety. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained.

The location was very good. Four wheeler parking was available. The security guard was present to look after. There is a scope of improvement in hospitality. The wall mounted soap dispenser was dirty. Mosquitoes in the room. No complimentary drinking water in the room. The staff was supportive.

The hotel room was not clean...there were crocoches at every place...bathroom was stinking. In breakfast, no fruits...no juices...not worth at all

They are not very welcoming...zero customer service and support.i ask them for a small help but they refused it.

Rooms needs renovation and pest control , cockroaches were there and washroom was not clean . Overall price doesn’t match to room provided.

The ambience and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.Food quality is marvellous.Only owner has to look into shower arrangements.The hot and cold water tappings are not working properly.Those need servicing.Nothing more.

The staff was so rude
