Stayed here recently and had a wonderful experience. The food was really good – fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. What truly made the stay special was the stunning view from the balcony. Serene location....very nice stay
We had an excellent stay...the hotel is in a serene location...very nice for people who are looking for solitude...also the adventure activities are within 3-4 kms...the view from the hotel was breathtaking... the staff was cooperative and the place was clean and hygienic...some improvement can be made for tv channels and remote....otherwise all good.

Stay with a lovely view
Good place to stay , with a lovely balcony view . The room had a heated bedsheet and heater . The food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and co-operative. Overall,I had a good experience.

overpriced with less facility
It was a bad experience. The hotel location was average. . the garden is so small that it can hardly accommodate 10 people at a time. Moreover, no one is available at reception, you have to find staff people by yourself in the hotel.. food is unnecessarily expensive and tastes not that great. service is not upto mark. also during check out, no support was provided by hotel staff in shifting the luggage and also breakfast was not ready (which was included in our stay), due to we were the only guest left in the hotel.

The stay was very comfortable and the hospitality of the staff was very amazing. They made us feel like home, even during free time they even played with our kids. My kids are eager to visit again this property.

Excellent Stay
We had an extremely pleasant stay at hotel alpine musk. The view we got from the room is just like a poetry. The room was cozy, comfortable and extremely well-designed; the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. The food though limited in varieties was extremely tasty and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The manager and all the service personnel were very courteous and helpful. It was a great experience indeed!

Average Stay
Highly overpriced small hotel. No provision for driver's stay. I had to spend on that too. Hotel was too small to enjoy. No carpet in room in that snowy area. You can get much better hotels in less than one third of price.

familyIt’s very good for stay. Little bit upset with view point from my room. Garden not maintaining. Camp fire sticks not available when customers required.

Superb hotel and food
groupThe location is very good. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is very co operative and supporting. The food is just awesome. If u are staying here no need to have food outside. The chef mr. Jagbir singh is such a good person. He also served us items which were not in the menu.

Good Stay
It's great however small property and less space to roam around. Food was ok and rooms can be more neat and clean for the money they ask. I got a room which was just close to reception and most of the time i can hear many voices. Theor standard room has no ventillation and it's more like a store room convert-es into room

Dear Ms. Shilpa. Thank you for your feedback. Cleanliness & food quality is our top priority. However our standard room does not have a balcony & it is clearly mentioned but to say its store room converted into a room wont be right statement on your behalf. It is 16 ft*12 ft room with 40 inch led & same interior as deluxe room. Yes ours is a small boutique kind of property with a garden to sit & relax and all rooms offer huge balcony attached to the rooms except standard room. Still you may personally write us & we will look into your issue. Thank you
