1. Unlawful and Unprofessional Handling of ID Proofs:
At the time of check-in, your reception staff forced us to hand over our original ID proofs.

3. Rude and Uncooperative Staff:
The attitude of your staff was downright rude and disrespectful. Almost every request we made was either denied or met with blunt, dismissive responses like:
“Ye to khane nahi milega,”
“Hai hi nahi hamare paas.”
It was clear that staff lacked even basic hospitality training and had no intention of making guests feel welcomed or valued.
5. Failure to Provide Basic Amenities:
We had clearly booked the room for an extra person and were supposed to get an extra bed and blanket But not given till night.
6. No Water in the Bathroom & Unresponsive Reception:
To top it all, there was no water in the bathroom the next morning.
