Neo resort

The overall stay was quite peaceful and relaxing. The location is beautiful but feels more like Chamba than Kanatal, so the listing can be a bit misleading—still, it’s a scenic place worth visiting. The food quality was good, but there wasn’t much variety. Many of the menu items were unavailable, which was disappointing. However, the staff service at the dining area was excellent and made up for it to some extent. As for amenities, basic facilities like Wi-Fi were available and working fine. Since it's a cold place, we didn’t miss having a pool or similar features. There was just one attendant for four resorts, but he managed everything quite well. The staff was polite and helpful, but the check-in process was below expectations. Despite having a prepaid booking, we were not attended to promptly. Instead, walk-in guests received more attention, and oddly enough, our rooms were being shown to them. Also, essentials like bathroom amenities should have already been in place before our arrival. The room was clean but compact, with no wardrobe or space for luggage. Since the room had a tin shed, it became quite noisy during rain. It was a bit uncomfortable but manageable for a short stay.

it was worst stay ever.from d day of check-in we just face a lot f issues ,many times I called no body was ready to listen a long list of issues r there. room size was small,so many bugs on window,no water bottles provided,nontea coffe sachet, nonodya came to change d bedding nd clean d room .breakfast was very poor .day 2 they just told us we have limited no of pooris to give u .worst experience.staff was very rude no executive help us to find. a resolution,from NXT tym we will never use
