Other then location all things room service food are trrebel no ventilation in room and bathroom rooms are very saphocated very bed experience

We had a great experience at the property. They accept online payments and you do get mobile connection and WiFi. It is not ideal for someone who can’t walk on steep steps as the resort is made on a farm so they have installed iron steps to reach to different levels of the rooms. We stayed at room no 7 which is at the bottom and has an awesome view. Staff were very helpful and courteous , they provided us with room heater without any charge , we stayed there between 25 till 27 December and it was too cold. The food preparation takes time but as per my taste it was excellent and you can eat it anywhere in the room or outside. The rooms does not have tea maker in case any of you I used to drinking tea at night. They charged me 600 for personal bonfire but it was worth , they gave us ample woods which lasted for at least 4 hours or so. There is nothing much around as most of the destinations are an hour away , if you are planning to go for a couple of days in a peaceful place do visit it.

Excellent resort to stay. Away from hustle/bustle of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Resort. Everything about the Resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, Roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

I have stayed in this property and the stay was awesome and pleasant experience. Food quality is good and staff is very humble and cooperative. If any body is planning to go kanatal then this private cottages is best for your stay with your family and close one

It was a great stay and total worth the price paid, beautiful view, good staff and food, rooms were comfortable and cozy along with personal sitting area right outside the cottage.😃😃😃👍👍👍

Only best part the property is view other things are just normal. Service was not upto the mark and they dont serve lunch, dinner in rooms. Overall the stay was average.

Property are awesome location and view so beautiful. Property are nee t and clean. Staff very nice. Washroom are latest and have using branded equipment. Loving property. Will come against and suggest to our friends

The location of drone resort is very good but they do not provide rooms as per the bookings. They do not serve food inside the room, every time you will have to go to the cafeteria.

We were a little cautious of staff behavior based on the reviews but i did not face any issue as such. Everyone was welcoming, asked us numerous times if we needed anything, service was fast, etc. Rooms were clean, the geyser was working. The only thing is that the wifi shuts down the moment electricity goes - i had little trouble during work hours because it was raining.

View from resort is very awesome and staff members are very cooperative and well behaved. Food was delicious. I like everything about the resort
