Service was rather poor. Maybe my expectations were higher not sure. Location is great. Views are really good. Food is average. New rooms are nice and cosy. Running Hot water is a problem.

The location of the property is superb. We spend 2 nights and 3 days. Comfortable stay. Cordial staff. We recommend to visit this property

Our stay at Club Mahindra Kanatal was truly delightful. The accommodation was comfortable, and the service, especially at the restaurant, was excellent. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. A variety of engaging activities were thoughtfully arranged, ensuring we were entertained and well looked after throughout our visit.

It was a great stay for us. They catered to all our requirements properly. I would recommend this stay to everyone

Booked last minute room thru mm t with breakfast and lunch/dinner package. Paid almost double rate As we checked in little late around 10:45 pm, dinner service was over and we thought we would avail the lunch following day. But after breakfast, hotel refused meal saying meal was only for previous day. Besides this, we were given the worst room on the property which was right next to the genset and we could hardly sleep because of the noise. The shower also didn’t work and we had to fill bucket. Water was also muddy. Had to leave hotel without taking shower. Also zero view from the balcony while the rest of the rooms have better views. I was told that the better room had been assigned to the duty manager. On top of that, the club mahindra keep pestering you for becoming member. After this experience, i will never book any club mahindra property nor take their membership. Worst experience ever.

The property is clean and well maintained. Its location is excellent with scenic views of mountains and valley. Food is also good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service is good and staff is helpful.

The stay was good, the property was good and staff was humble. But the food was not that good, pizza came with tissue absorbed and fries seemed liked thermacol. The staff was confused while taking orders and sent half order only. Overall experience was ok but since i am a foodie it was not so great.

Amazing place with the exotic view, good service, variety across breakfast. Nice cozy rooms with all the amenities.

If you are seeking for a peaceful vacation and love Hills, this is a good place for you. As this is not renowned hill Station, you will not find crowd of tourists and traffic. This is a calm place where you can either enjoy nature walk in the Hills or some outdoor activities. Hotel will provide you with all the facilities you need to stay with a good mountain view rooms.
