Very bad in the cottage, no one was supporting the hot water and room heater. It should be all things. The location is very good.

Terrible Stay

I booked it and it showed that bonfire is included with the package but when we reached the camp around 8 in the night. The manager asked for extra money for the bonfire. We paid extra ₹1000 for what was included in the package already. The service was also not good. We had to ask them multiple times for a single thing. I will not think twice before booking further

We had a terrible time here without food or any source of light and water, for near about more than 12 hours! we haven't received any kind of cooperation from the host's side! very unfortunate.

Terrible stay. Booked 2 separate rooms but we have to stay in a single room. Worst management staffs(unclean 207 room with lot of spiders. Truly unexpected from *make my trip*

If you still want to book it. Please try to have it without meals. Meals are unnecessarily expensive. You can get meals nearby easily far better and cheaper.

The location, the view, the staff, the food everything is upto mark. I'll recommend this place. Cottages and staff behaviour is also good. From mmt its a bit costlier. Call directly to book for a nice concession.

Worst experience

It was a very poor stay for me with Himalayan Roots, Kanatal. Pathetic services ever I had experienced. I had already stayed there before also but at that time the services are fine but this time everything was chargeable, even bonfire also which is not mentioned in their descriptions. I did have tried the food and that was good in taste.

familyIt was a normal property not so extraordinary. It's a budget-friendly property with quite good facilities. Location was nice and can be easily reached there. There was no security guard but, I had not faced any issue regarding the security. The property was clean and tidy. Room was average. I can recommend the property for the one, who is searching for a budget-friendly property.

Excellent stay with good variety of food served. Enjoyed the relishing snacks and dinner. Chicken curry. Staff very friendly and kind. Need to work on washroom cleanliness and hot water facility. Rest was a wonderful stay.
