1. Location – The location of the homestay is excellent. It is very well-situated, with beautiful views all around. If you enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings, this place will not disappoint. 2. Rooms & Facilities – The rooms are decent and comfortable for the price. However, there are a few areas that need improvement: There are quite a lot of spiders and cobwebs in different corners, which affects the overall cleanliness. Some of the chairs, especially on the upper floor, are broken and need replacement. 3. Host – The host, Naveen, is extremely warm and helpful. He even calls a day before to update guests about the weather and give useful guidance, which shows great hospitality. 4. Food – The food provided is good overall. While everything is not perfect, the meals are satisfactory and enjoyable for most of the stay. Overall Experience – Considering the budget, Morning Breeze Homestay is definitely worth staying at. The views, location, and the host’s hospitality make it a great choice. With just a little more attention to cleanliness—especially the upper roof area and furniture—it could become an even better experience. Final Verdict – A very good place in this price range, perfect for nature lovers and temple visitors. If the cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed, it would be close to perfect.

1st time stayed in a homestay. We have booked 2 standard rooms. Rooms were cleaned and properly maintained. It was overall a good experience, the property is in the middle of serene and picturesque landscapes of mountains, valley and apple orchards. Food was good as expected, naveen ji did his best to make us feel comfortable.

The homestay was really good, the food, the view from the homestay was mesmerizing, good behaviour and budget friendly homestay.

This is perhaps the best budget accommodation in kanatal. It's located almost midway between the kaudia forest range and surkanda devi trek start point. Interestingly, there is a beautiful hill top just behind the property where one can trek up in around 10 minutes and witness spectacular 180 degree view of the higher snow himalayan range from bandapunch in west to the great nanda devi in east. The host, mr. Naveen and his family is very cheerful, helpful and friendly. Hope the difficult phase of covid-19 gets over soon and more tourists get to stay at this homestay making it even more popular.
