The location was wonderful, the food was ok, but the cleanliness was not up to the mark. The room was not very clean but the washroom was quite big. overall it was a good experience not great.

Worst Hotel to stay with your famil

This was the worst stay of my life. we have booked this property for 2 nights in May 2025, This property has nothing to offer at a given price point for a night. The hotel has untrained staff, unclean rooms, basic hygiene and upkeep is poor, no water supply, TVs are not working, food is terrible. This hotel is not even worth Rs. 2000/- per night.

familyI traveled with my family to kanatal and it was my biggest mistake to book this hotel. We booked the suite room but the room was anything but a suite. When we entered the lobby was shady, inside the room our toilet flush was not working, there were insects all over the floor because of which we did not even opt for the extra bedding, food was absolutely terrible, even their TV was not working when we raised our complains to the manager he did get the flush fixed but can you imagine our disappointment that after paying SUCH A HIGH PRICE FOR A HOTEL this is what you get welcomed to. We didnt even eat at the property we went to some other hotel to eat. Not only that we even checked out of this hotel one day early even after paying the full price just imagine the level of disappointment.
