I called customer service of make my trip and asked them for sorting the wifi issues since we booked for 4 days however it was not sorted i also requested to refund me for the other 3 days left so that i could have stayed somewhere else, even that was not done i have been expecting a call from make my trip team

The stay was good, but peripheries was average. Room was clean and food was average. I asked for born-fire, they were asking 1200 for bornfire.

The room that was booked was different as shown in the pic. We somehow managed to get the room we saw in the pic but were charged extra for it. Scam! bad food. No fans and ac.

Pathetic and terrible stay. They mentioned a luxury cottage, but the rooms were very smelly, and the mattresses were in bad condition. We got backaches. The kitchen was too dirty, and the food was horrible; with every bite, stones came into my mouth. The owner and other staff cooked the food, and the owner served it. I request you not to book this hotel and never order their food.

anyone who is looking for a place to stay so that they work from mountains and this is the best place. Good food and great people. The mountain view from this stay is unmatched and breath taking. stargazing was on another level.. you can see 360° degree view of the stars constellation. I will be back very soon. 💯❤️❤️
