The chef used to reach the hotel on 9 am. No amenities provided like washroom kit and two bath towels, napkins etc. Provided tile floor which is very cold. No welcome and baggage delivery to rooms. Given time of 8am for breakfast. Still not got the coffee even. Chef is on the way. Problem is commitment they give for 8 am. And i have planned accordingly. This hotel don't value customer not the cost they pay.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing us to stay at Hotel Sunrise Inn & Restaurant. Your feedback and suggestions are important to us. We have investigated your feedback with our team on the services, we had intimated you in the previous night to choose the breakfast menu and informed the timing for 8-8.30 AM but intimation about menu from your side was not given to us. Because we had not received the answer on the Menu selection for breakfast, it took more time to cook and the breakfast was provided to you around 8.40-8.50 in the room in the morning. The basic amenities were placed in the bathroom as well. In case of additional required, the same could be asked by the staff again at any time. As a gesture, we have provided the complimentary breakfast and dinner to your driver as well which is not easily available complimentary in all the hotels. We will love to welcome you again in the future for the stay at Hotel Sunrise Inn & Restaurant Best Regards

Excellent Stay

It was an excellent stay at hotel sunrise inn & restaurant kanatal. The food was delicious, service was prompt, room was spacious with neat and clean bathroom. The owner mr mohneesh dabral is a nice person who delivered us such a great hospitality with a kind heart and also thanks to the staff for overall service. We will definitely visit again here and recommend to everyone to stay here.

Painful experience of my stay in hotel sunrise

familyNo parking, no accommodation for driver. They told will provide accommodation in the evening, but after dinner denied. Where the poor man will get any accommodation at night after 9 pm? he slept in the car in such cold night. No toileteries except a small toilet soap, very small room, intercom out of order. Plz. Don't recommendations such lodging in future, or is-hall have to take help of some other apps.

I stayed in this hotel for a day & it was really good. Especially both deluxe rooms with a view of surkunda devi & the food. The only thing that they need to take care of is the smelly bathrooms. Rest was overall good including the humble staff and owner
