The property is good and the food is also good but the approach to the property from the road need to be improved rest i give 3. 5/5 to the property. Also renovation to some parts may also increase your scores.

It was a nice place where at the hight of 8500 feet we got a place to stay, bone fire, hukka childres play place, and nice food. Great place to visit and meet the manager ajay saklani ji

The stay was good. I have rated it 4/5. The path to the place gives you the feel of trekking but it is not safe for old age. The views were mesmerising and the rooms were clean and good. The staff was very cooperative and was eager to help. Their food is yum but don't go for the drinks as the quality of tea and coffee is bad.

My experience can be summed up in a sentence. More of a hostel than a hotel! In core winters with temperature running in minus... they provide hot waters from 6-10 in morning and 4-6 in evening depending on the sun of course... That too on first come first basis. I appreciate water saving... but the fact that i have to keep tap running for 30 minutes in wait for hot water kind of beats the purpose. Bonfire in chilly winter evenings are also on pay to keep warm basis. Food is average.. but way over priced! But what would pleasently surprise you is the hotel staff they would go out of the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Better policies and rules ensuring guest's comfort and stay would take them long way. Nonetheless wish them all a very enterprising and bright future. Regards, Mehak Gupta

Property is really having g good view of mountains.

Even though we reach the place at around 2am in the morning the staff helped and cooperate with us and the foods and atmosphere of the place was amazing!

The photos of the property were completely different. You can hear everything thats going outside as the walls are so thin. Food was okay not that great. As per the amount paid it was not at all worth.

We travel-led as a group of 2 married couples. The resort location is great, views are scenic and the rooms were clean. Service is decent and basic amenities are provided. Wi-fi was not available but the place has good 4g connectivity. Boon fire was made available by host and it was real fun listening to music and there are no restrictions on the volume. Overall, it will be a great experience family or friends for at least a couple of days in kanatal.

Location was so peace-full and the food was very good.
I stayed for 2 days there and there was many things to do for a day, thus found it awesome.

The cottages are well built, with properly maintained garden and a scenic view, the resort is a bang for buck. Amiable management and tasty food are also an add on.

Very friendly staff. Nice location. Good view of the valley / hills. Nice overall experience. Try to reach during day time as the road leading to the resort is a little tricky. The staff upon request will come up on the main road and help you move your vehicle down to the resort (i recommend doing that)

It was really great experience on this property. The property was very clean and hygienic. They provided relaxing and comfortable rooms. The caretaker was there all the time and he was very helpful and friendly. The food was also delicious. Everything was more than I expected. I must recommend this to others.

The best part was the local cook who prepared the food with local taste because we also belong to the same state and they all were very energetic. What is actually required is to get better the narrow Road which connects to the hotel from main road.

Room, food and room service is good but resort is under construction and all facilities are not started yet.
