groupwe checked in at 12 at night. I know it's quite late for mountain stay . there were no basic amenities, no electric kettle, no room heater, we requested at front desk for atleast they could make Maggie for us or anything hot as the temperature was so low and we could not manage to find any resturant at kanatal as it's offbit place but they said they can't make , it's ok , we manage but atleast they can arrange electric kettle and heater. otherwise the view from hotel balcony is eye smoothing

The cottage was very comfortable, clean. staff is good, helpful. It is a walk from inspection house to the hotel but its totally worth it. i enjoyed my stay.

Pathetic stay. Well i begin this horrible experience right after i reached the entrance of the hotel, where i found around 30 -40 steps at much height after a long journey. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description of the property while booking. After that i was allotted a room next to the store room just equivalent to another store room. Where no space to even stand for a single person. Then i literally fought for room changing and it happened also. But another room was also in a very bad condition. Bathroom was stinking badly and the washbasin tap was broken and faucet was also not working properly. Well on total many things were not upto the mark. I really felt that 3400 was worth wasting. I request others also to please think twice before booking this property.

A bit expensive property as few facilities are missing, but the view was awesome from the room. Food is also good and service is upto the mark.

familyThe rooms were clean and staff cordial. But the climb of 70 stairs to reach the property was very steep. Some basic amenities were missing like there was no slippers (one has to carry them from plains, the exhaust fans in most rooms were not functional (the manager was friendly enough to change room next day, some of the lights were not functional, the spa advertised is not functional. But the food was good. Overall i'll rate the property 3. 5.

Food was quite expensive property was all an all good with great view of mountains and valley hotelier can do better by providing bed or room heater as it gets really cold.

#waste of money

No options for food are available, property is at isolated place you have to climb 70 stairs to reach reception. I had a stay of 3 nights and in 3 days no one came for room cleaning in morning when we were available at room. Taste of dinner was terrible. I there menu they have tandoor etc. But nothing is available they will simply say no shef is there and then they will also not make any arrangements for you. Its not in kanatal it is 8 kms away from kanatal. Not at all worth it. There were so many things mentioned and nothing is there apart from a room.

Very nice experience over there. Staff is very polite. Only problem is with breakfast as there is no buffet available. There is no option available for breakfast. Otherwise other services are very good.

Terrible stay at beyond stay kanatal

familyIt was a terrible stay at this hotel. Rooms are tidy. Washrooms are very old and not maintained. Restaurant is having some smell and very limited options. They prepare 2 items in breakfast and in very limited quantity and once it is finished, you have to wait for another lot to be cooked. For me another terrible thing happened is that hotel charged double charges and did not even issue any invoice also. The commitment was that they will send it to over what’s app by ed jun e 11, however, i am still waiting. Even make-my trip is also very poor in resolving this issue. Mm t team is sleeping over this issue since last 5 days and no action. There are much better options at kanatal, please avoid booking this hotel
