Had a wonderful stay at Cozy Pine Kanatal. The property is beautiful with great views, the staff was very courteous, and the food was delicious. Excellent service and a memorable experience!

On the website it says they have a restaurant. We were relying upon it only to get disappointed that their restaurant has been closed for many days. Large spiders were roaming inside the room. They were unable to provide mineral water. Basic amenities such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar powder were not present at the time of check-in. Really an average hotel at such a nice location. Strong suggestion to not stay with family.

Location wise Property is very good, I have booked as complementary Breakfast and Dinner is also good.

Amenities mentioned were not there, staff was un trained and ill mannered. Very dirty property, cleanliness was Zero.

Stay was good. We liked the cleanliness and view from hotel. It is on road and has ample parking space. Food was good and staff was helpful. Room service was slow.

The staff was very humble but there were no options for breakfast. Food was overpriced. this is the worst hotel I have stayed . I want refund

Room cleaning started after reaching at hotel, dirty bed sheet, dirty room and horrible view, floor -4 without lift, owner not responding calling twice for cancellation or refund

Beautiful place to stay with a great location. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms was clean.

Seems an old hotel has been renamed. Hotel staff is all young boys and but they are humble. In a rs 6k hotel room you don’t get to watch a tv as there’s no dth that too on a world cup day. Breakfast starts @9 in morning i mean seriously. Cockroaches, no lift and ac. And the staff cannot do anything. They seemed to be helpless. Would not recommend this to anyone. You may see other options ij similar budget.

Stay was too good like too good most of this hotel i liked about is the view of the hills i can see a peaceful and beautiful scenery outside the hotel when i enter the room ,staff are friendly and welcoming to us to celebrate our journey special the main staff Aanju he was too sweet.
