Worst Experience Ever – Don’t Book This Property! We had planned this family vacation two months ago after a lot of discussions and finally got our leaves approved. With so much excitement and effort, we traveled all the way to Kanatal, spending on petrol, tolls, and other expenses, only to end up in the biggest mistake – booking this property (Apple Property). The moment we arrived, our disappointment began: • The property is under construction, with zero maintenance. • There was no vibe, no hospitality, no proper reception, and no dining area. • The so-called breakfast was of no standard at all. • The whole place gave an eerie feeling, almost like a haunted property, filled with negative vibes. This is absolutely not what a vacation should feel like after all the planning and effort. I would strongly urge MakeMyTrip and fellow travelers NOT to book this property until they complete their maintenance and can show the actual condition over a video call. This experience was not just disappointing but left us extremely disheartened. Please save your time, money, and energy – avoid this property 😡

The property location is good, but the lack of connecting roads is a major issue. Additionally, there are no proper signboards installed to help locate or direct to the property. Moreover, there are no services available in terms of food and basic amenities.

Nice stay, Room was clean & premium

The hospitality was decent—caretakers were polite, helpful, and easily reachable whenever needed. However, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. When I made the booking, I was shown a 1st floor room with a view, but upon arrival, I was given a ground floor room with no explanation. The room was poorly maintained, with insects crawling around and a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was unhygienic, which was quite disappointing. Food-wise, it was just average, nothing memorable or worth mentioning positively. While the staff tried their best on the hospitality front, the lack of cleanliness, misleading room allocation, and subpar food made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Recent booking nightmare! This 'resort' is actually a subpar homestay with: - Cockroaches in rooms - Dirty rooms that don't match photos - Pathetic breakfast Think twice before booking. Prioritize quality and cleanliness."

Place is surrounded by mighty hills and you will enjoy the veiw fully. Property location is good but to reach at exact location, need to drive of 50m steep road. Per day room charges (6k per room per day) are very high considering room amenities, services and food quality. It is due to season only. However, staff is good and well behaved. Need to improve room amenities and work upon in house restaurant.

Booked a double bedroom in Hotel Apple Estate resort for third and fourth of June, however, we had to check out on 4th at around 10:30 AM instead of checking out on 5th, as scheduled. We checked out on 4th because of the very pathetic situation of the hotel.  . The photos of the property posted on MMT are completely misleading and portray a completely different picture of the property. The door was pathetic and had open space all around, which let very cold air and insects inside the room due to which we faced severe cold at night and all three of us me, my wife and my daughter got sick. Also, the washroom as shown in the pictures was very misleading and was not at all up to the mark. The exhaust of the washroom was such that insects or snakes could easily enter the washroom and it was scary. The pillow had fungus all over, which could have lead us all to fall sick and you lead us to hospitalisation. Also there was no in-house pantry other than offering tea . We ordered dinner, which was served after one hour in our room and that too they did not prepare it. They ordered it from outside and then they served it, which was not informed to us earlier so that we could plan accordingly in advance. Also the property does not seem to be a registered property as they could not provide a proper bill, when I asked for the same, for the food items (noodles for dinner and tea&coffee) consumed.

Location: Very Good view. Approach road from the main road is steep. Might be a little difficult for some vehicles. Food: Good taste and quality. Service quite prompt. However, do not start before 08.00 hrs. Facilities: Average.

Beautiful view, peaceful surrounding, aesthetic rooms and good service. PS: start with stay with a good tea ☕

Stay in this hotel was awesome. Especially the view and the staff. This was one of the best stays i had in uttrakhand.

The property has a good mountain view. The services are good by the staff pradeep and team. The property is near to main road so you can also indulge in the outdoor activities. Just for feedback, there must be a shower in room's bathroom.

Amazing experience and amazing property must vista. Friendly staff, amazing hospitality, tasty food.

This hotel is not value for money as main focus of this hotel is apple garden which was not available in this weather. There is no extra facility available at this high cost i will suggest not to book this hotel in dc month try booking in august as it will give extra value which is well suited for this cost

Terrible please not recommend next time such palace for family it's good for bikers only

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days after reading the reviews but we didn't find the hotel as pleasant as mentioned. Food was below average and cleanliness was also unsatisfactory. Only good thing was the amazing view from the rooms. Thanks

Only location is nice. It is advised to improve the rooms quality or reduce the cost. We paid approx 7k per day which is not worth it. Much better properties are available at this price point in the area.

It’s 10-12 rooms building on top of small hill, no reception, no restaurant, no proper kitchen, room was not upto mark. It doesn’t look a hotel. It happened first time in my entire life i waste my two nights. Rather compare to cost it was nothing.
