Review Of Hotel Alpha

The stay was very pleasant the hotel was kept very clean service was very good and its location is definitely plus since it’s located near the main road, in house restaurant is also very good!

Location was good, i didn't take any food or tea in the hotel. Service was ok. Cleanliness was kept upto the mark.

# hotel does not have a lift, so if u have seniors who can climb stairs then they will have problem. # very old, clean but not renovated. # if u have car ensure you dont park outside under the tree to save it. The hotel staff shud be sensible to alert about it but they did not. # some electrical switch wiring open near the bed.

Minimum amenities, no proper wifi. High tariff, disappointed.

Hotel gives you all facilities. Privacy n all. I lived in non ac room. Bt rooms and interior was not that good. Walls with fungus. Not enough lights were the mirror is. Even washroom is average.

Not a good place to stay

Very bad housekeeping. No bucket in room, for bucket we have to ask four times. Then no water in tap. Complaint is neglected. Very rude manager. Finally stayed in second floor and took Bath in first floor. It's schedule disturbing.

People were sweet spoken. Watters were well mannered. Hotel is near to good restaurants.

Nice food and drink and room service

Visited Ratnagiri with family recently. The arrangements were fabulous. Rooms were sparkling clean. Good quality linen provided. Food was delicious and tasty. Definitely recommended.

The food was fab. Though the room seems old but they maintain proper cleanliness.

The place and staff is good and friendly

The room is very noisy. The room is having a very old AC which has only three cooling options low, medium, high.

It was good stay, ambience was good, parking space available, safe in the city.

Except bed mattresses, all was good.

Good hotel to stay for low price.
