Review Of SHANTI SEA VIEW

I booked this hotel looking at pictures uploaded in MMT, while reached at hotel, it was not a hotel at all, it’s like a home stay with stinking rooms, Brocken toilet and doors. It’s conditions is wort than saraya. Sending legal notice to MMT for listing such property in their system.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay, The hotel is close to the beach and exactly opposite to city bus stop

It was economical, but cleanliness was very poor. Bedsheets having big stains. Only complementary tea served, that was also not tested good. It was economical but not good experience.

very bad experience. worst stay I had never in the life I request M M T henceforth do not recommend this hotel to any one otherwise M M T will loose the faith of guests. Do not recommend any one. I asked tawel .It was answer by pankaj that there is problem to provide towel, In the morning no water for bath and washroom. it was at about 10.30 AM. due to this myself and my family suffered lot. It is nothing but cheating to guest. washroom was very ugly.

Our stay is very nice and comfortable. Room attender and Supviser also supportive. Stay location is near by market so easily purchased required shopping.

It was a comfy stay at shanti sea view hotel, located in the city center where we can get easy access of food and other items. Also all the tourist points are near to hotel.

The room was not clean. Bed sheets were dirty. Entrance in the hotel was stinky as there was dogs sleep and dogs poop. There is no garden and or open space.

Hotel staff was very co operative. Purified water aslo supplied by hotel so we can save money. The range of room was also reasonable. And another thing there was no hidden camera

Avoid at all costs. We were sent away by the manager, stating that we were at the wrong hotel. After someone helped, we realised that we were at the correct address. Then the manager stated that the hotel was full. Note: we had already paid for 2 nights for 2 rooms. Finally, after some time and help from some locals, we managed to get a room. We found used underwear in the room! also the room was full of molt, no hot water and the ac was broken

Shanti sea view in ratnagiri is not hotel. It's a guest house. Not good for family. As there is no hot water service. No clean mattress. No receptionist available. Cleanliness missing. Washrooms not clean

Rooms are clean and luxurious for the price and good service overall. Only problem i found was there is no lift.

My parents stayed at the property but the hotel location is very hectic and painful for elderly parents to reach the hotel. The room was ok but we faced many good related issues too.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

We booked this hotel for only one day, the rooms were clean, and the staff was well spoken and professional. Service was on point with complementary tea. If you are looking for a short 1 or 2 day stay at economical prices this one is the perfect fit.

I find this property in make my trip. Staying experience is good, also location is good and amenities is good.

The location is good, as it is right opposite to bus stand. The room cleanliness is okay. Toiletries were provided, but for only one day, we had a 3 day booking. When we enquired, the staff said, that we have to tell them about room cleaning, new toiletries etc. The bed was for 2 people, we were 3 of us. When we asked for extra bedding, we were charged for it. They wanted us to adjust on the bed. This is not right. I fail to understand how 3 people are expected to adjust on a double bed. We had to change the room, as there was no water supply in that room and also the ac was not working.
