Review Of Hotel Acropolis Shillong

Its mentioned in the booking that its a balcony room but at the reception they say that whenever its a makemytrip booking, they never give balcony room. Only if a customer books directly with them then only they will provide balcony room. Wi-fi was not working, they was no room slippers, they close hotel main door at 12 midnight so one cannot go out of the hotel and come back late night. Overall not a good stay.

Amazing Hotel with very Good Location with Lots of Panoramic Views. The staff was very helpful and Food was just AWESOME.

Very Good location … Stayed two nights … Clean spacious room and bathroom…good amenities…beautiful views from the room as the hotel is located on top of a hill …also , we had our own balcony… Good food and efficient service…would specially like to mention Mr Jaiswal, the General Manager for his courtesy and efficiency… Will definitely recommend this hotel
