worst hotel in Ujjai
location was near to Hotel food--very bad..didn't have own kitchen..unwilling to serve breakfast..Upon insisting get it from street food vendor outside in unhygienic condition.. Bed cover and linen was dirty and shabby.. staff behaviour very rude... didn't allow to sit at reception after checking out and waiting for cab to arrive.

Location is very good. Property is just about 100 meters from ujjain station and about 1. 5 km from mahakaal temple.

Terrible Stay

Horrible stay/
familyI stayed there for 2 nights. Terrible experience. Room size won't be more than 100sq ft but it's written differently on the makemytrip website. Bed sheet with stains. Pillow cover n towel were dirty. So we have not used their stuffs. We carried our own stuffs n used those. Ac not working properly as they did a setting so that it vl maintain fixed temperature like 26/27. Moreover fungal spore smell through ac. Sofa is dirty. Fungal spore on sofa. Horrible it's overpriced.

Poor Stay
It was a very bad experience with no food, no hot water, tv is not in running condition, all things which are available at location is very terrible,

Good stay but no restaurant and parking
Though the room are good with clean and hygienic condition, but the hotel had not owned restaurant and parking.

Worst ever stay with family
Make my trip has charges me 3300 for one day booking which is not at all justified with this stay actually the hotel actual stay is just rs 1800 but mm t charge 3300. Now facilities worst ever bathroom after repeated call they provided they cleaned it finally but fun-gent smell is coming out. Bedsheet is so dirty, room is also so dirty so not worth of money at all.

Avarage hotel. Location is near to ujjain station. So that is the plus. Otherwise hotel rooms and features are average but good in that budget

Apna avenue
Good place to stay, clean and silent place and main it is near 56 shops which is the best place for foodies you can enjoy various types of dishes and ice-cream there especially tawa ice cream. You will enjoy stay here it has very good restaurant also where you can enjoy various types of dishes.

Its not hotel, its yatri niwas
From a cleaning perspective, i will give 0 star. There is no power backup for lift. Incase of powercut and you're checking or check out. U have to use staircase only. In the room pillow, towels were unwashed for a long time, and smell was coming from this. At the same price we can get the best hotels.

NICE hotel.. Nearer to Ujjain Junction.
Hotel Room was Clean.. walking distance from Ujjain railway station. AC was working. TV was working.

Poor Stay
1. Ac in room was not giving cooling. 2. Wash room was dirty 3. No food facility available. 4. Stay was discomfortable. Few pics of dirty toilets are below posted. Bed sheet and towels was dirty. What action is being taken against property ? let me know please

Torn sheets, no restaurant, brusque manner
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and you're on your own as far as food is concerned. They couldn't provide us with sheets that weren't torn or spotted during the whole of our stay. If you're booking cabs/tours book on your own, as they take hefty commission on the amount. 1000- for ujjain darshan and 1000- for one way indore airport trip is the standard rate for an ac sedan. Lift works fine, although for a while electricity kept going away. Maybe good for a single guy, at a rate of 1000 rs a night. Anything above that is expensive.
