Review Of HOTEL MYBUDGET

Room was found ok but AC and lift was not working

The location was near to the mahakal temple and service of the hotel boys is very good and on time. I highly recommend this hotel with family and its budget friendly for all. Food is provide by the hotel is limited but good quality food is served by hotel. Thanks to make my trip And team of mybudget hotel,ujjain

rooms are good as compared to most of the hotles over there in ujjain, pricing is also decent, but the behaviour of staff is not at all courteous, very rude

They didn’t offer water. Kept saying that packaged water is chargeable. Pillow covers were dirty, water jugs they provided were used for tea (had tea smell) towels had a smell of chlorine and bleach, two lamps in the room were not working, room floor was not clean as such, not offered hand soap - had to ask for the same.

Complimentary things should be guided to visitors well in advance. cleaning facility to be provided twice.

Property location is near to Mahakal Temple but inside narrow lane. Room is spacious but small property but limited services. No restaurant

Great hotel. Spacious clean rooms, 24 hours hot water. The best part is the friendly and helpful staff.My family member had to be taken to the hospital at night due to a medical emergency.The hotel staff helped as much as they could.I would like to thank the hotel staff and especially Shri Jagadish Chandra Vyas ji, who accompanied my family members to the hospital.If we get a chance to come to Ujjain again, we would like to stay at this hotel.

TV was not working,rooms were randomly changed after extension,bedsheet was not changed. Bed should be cleaned and maintained .Bathroom was clean and fittings was praiseworthy. Laundry service was promised but was not provided.

The hotel was little bit interior from Mahakaleshwar temple its shows 800m but it was like 1.5 to 2km so we all time took ToTo , and food quality which we ordered it was very bad quality, the Rice was of previous day . Only one thing is regarding budget its convenient and room size is big and rest of things like cleanliness, breakfast, fooding , everything was poor

Poor management.. not hygiene.. management very poor service not good at all. I will never visit in this hotel again

very neat and clean rooms. good services... helpful and cooperative staff. helped us when we reached at midnight and accomodated us for the stay.

The staff manager is so arrogant and mannerless,there is no cooperation with guest,hygiene is not maintained as the water comes from tap is dirty yellow and after complaining they were making excuses.

Food is average, otherwise location and other services are very good

no propper responsibility and bedbug were been notified in many rooms as we booked 5 rooms and very careless

The rooms was stinking! Bedsheets were dirty! When you flush in the bathroom, water was coming inside the room! Even after complaints, hotel staff didn’t do anything!

Hotel located near mahakal temple walking distance also staff was very helpful, washroom well maintain also provide parking, totally experience was good, value for money.
