It’s a value for money business hotel, which has all what you need for a short stay. All the basic needs of a business traveller have been taken care-of. Food is also quite tasty & hygienic. Overall a good hotel

We stayed Hometel with wife for a night. Staff were extremely courteous, front desk excellent and food court was joyful and decorated with enough variety and tasty items.

Very good stay
Location is somewhat away from the main city but it is located on the highway. Food was good but we were served buffet compulsory not allowed to order Al a carte.Amenities and services are excellent.

Good experience
A very good experience, the hotel is worth the rate with cleanliness and polite staffs. The food also is good as well as the services.

Terrible Stay
I stayed in Room no 411, there was leakage issue in bathroom sink , whole washroom was full on water . When I ordered dinner I clearly told them to serve Tawa Roti but where order received there was Tandoori Roti . when I called again to team then they told we can't serve Tawa Roti. when I asked them to cancel my order then they replaced the rotis , In whole conversation daal and vegetables was completely freezed.

Poor Stay
The room and services were overpriced. In the room, the mattresses were old and saggy, the couch/sofa was tipping over when we leaned forward while seated, and the shower door didn't slide open/close smoothly. Dinner room service was unduly delayed as the cook was away, we finally got our (ordered at 6.45/7pm only at 8.30pm, and the grilled chicken was severely undercooked. We could only eat parts of the ends as the insides were raw. The salad greens and sprouts at breakfast seemed stale, although I could be wrong about it. But by 9 am, the chutneys for the idlis were used up and weren't replaced/filled until we left at 9.45 am. All in all, the total experience wasworse than what I'd expect for a room at half the price.

Pathetic Stay, never ever stay at Hometell Roorkee, staff is arrogant
While check in, door was not opening, no staff came to help till half an hour. Muddy water in the bathroom from shower and tap. Due to room door not opening, till the time restaurant was closed by 10pm. We requested to cook and front desk that we are late becouse of door not opening. They refuse to take order for dinner and said we can provide order which can be prepare in 10 minute. What we are ordering is to pe prepare in 40 min. They did not accept delay check in at there end at all and we have to order from out side. Poor rooms poor service. While check in, door was not opening, no staff came to help till half an hour. The property was good and the food was decent, but the service and food prices were quite disappointing. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Although there was a fridge in the room, it wasn’t working. Despite calling multiple times, the staff often didn’t respond. Overall, the experience was average.and I felt like my money was wasted.

Excellent Stay
Food was excellent, stay was comfortable, was provided silent room far from traffic horns. Location was on highway and approachable from roorkee, Dehradun and Haridwar. It was very near to the site I had to visit. Thanks Hometel for comfortable stay.

Decent hotel in roorkee near the industrial park.
Good ambience. The food menu in the restaurant, especially the buffet menu to be improved. The cleanliness of the bathroom in the guest room needs improvement.

Hotel room size was not like 3 star hotel. Bed was also small and bathroom size was not even good. Overall room was not meeting with 3 star hotel category.
