Hotel is good and room also but sofa are dirty which overall down the room quality and staff should be more professional and dressed

Location _ Iittle away from city center but we'll connected. Staff Service _ V. Good Basic amenities for this cost like Tea /Coffee maker in room and Iron Missing.. They did not allow even 2 hours extended stay and asked for half day room rent on stay beyond 12pm. Buffet Breakfast missing ( at this price that is indeed expected) . Basic functional stuff in breakfast provided .Food quality decent though. Room had lizard..[which staff promptly removed ]. The extra bedding was to be put up on floor as it even did not have the Stand. So we avoided using it . Overall , not a value for money Proposition.

It was a pleasant stay, nice food only the problem I was facing in electricity.... overall it's a good to having stay.

Good and clean room, great in room dining service, clean bathroom with running hot water, food taste was not to my liking, gravy was too watery, dal was not up to the mark

The hotel was beautiful, especially the front area filled with vibrant flowers like lilies, roses, sunflowers, and periwinkles. We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was spacious and perfect for two people. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The complimentary amenities included tea bags, sugar, and a well-stocked toiletries kit featuring a dental kit, moisturizer, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and even a shaving kit. The hotel staff was warm, friendly, and very cooperative. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Pacific Hotel is well located on the main road with easy access to autos to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean and very safe with sweet staff. Varun and Shivani at the reception were super helpful with everything. They even suggested a safe cab driver for a short trip to haridwar. Food at the hotel is yummy and made with love :)

Location is nice . It is on the highway . Room is very good , neat and clean. Centralized ac and many more. Overall my stay is 10/10.

Unprofessional untrained staff at the reception. I booked a superior room with Double bed, Garden view and a complimentary hi-tea. At the reception, the receptionist asked for payments for Hi-tea which I agreed upon. Later when I checked into the room, it was a twin bed, I called at the reception, they said you New’s to pay extra for double bed. Then I checked my booking, it was exactly same as I had booked. I went to all the way to reception again and she started arguing.

Hotel is situated at best location on NH 58 delhi Haridwar highway . There was Excellent stay with very delicious food. Room and bath also have very big size and very neat and clean . I strongly recommend this hotel , staff is also very supportive strongly recommend this hotel I have already submitted my excellent experience
