location is good but No proper room cleaning....no Facility available like Tv...wifi ...and other things staffs behaviour is not good

No AC is working, no cleaning inside rooms. There is lots of maintenance things required. Not good for couple stay.

Stay was good but they don’t pick up call both no was off, hard to find the location even the name was not mention infront of property

Nice room good staff nice service prime location near by calangute beach nearest market so available all item to purchase

Property in market area walkable distance so stay going very nice local buses in morning time and taxi 24 hours

Worst experience. Very bad rooms and toilets are very very dirty. No proper maintenance. Issue with taps and no proper waters supply with hot and cold water. The staff is very irresponsible and bad behaviour to guests. Not so polite in addressing to the issues.

Please remove this hotel this people gives attractive pictures and providing different home. And that too full of problems caretaker suman is not good he is rude. Bathroom is not good. Ac sounds like motor bike with full of dust and less maintained location provided is faraway from the location provided and the owner of building will attend your call but no support from his end so far. Its not worth for my money paid.

First my check-in was denied at high tide waves. They were saying that we have not received any booking . After getting support, somehow after 1hr we were allowed to check-in at high tide waves from 20th to 24th and from 24th to 25th we were shifted to another hotel candolim retreat where the worst room 401 was allotted. The hotel manager ' ravi ' said that only this room is vacant to accommodate us. That room was so terrible but we thought that it was our last day of trip, so let's focus on enjoying it although we had booked luxury room. Due to technical glitch, our last stay was very bad. Finding property is itself a challenge. No board is there regarding it's name. Even the name of property is not high tide waves, rather it was thomson stays. If possible, please refund for last day of my hotel. was very rude to us, she was like ki humne apko room dekar ahsaan kiya hai aap par. No tv, no glass, no kettle, no wardrobe in the room even though i booked the luxury room.

Ac was properly working room was not properly cleaned

It was good stay at the hotel. Ambience was good. Staff was good. Overall experience was 10 on 10

Very bad experience. Terrible stay. Ok for boys group some amenities they show on mmt booking screen. But not actual provide.

Room was really nice and clean with balcony. But worst part is, staff (5 men's) sleeping on floor outside your room. Whole day and night. Would you feel safe when you are with family. Very unprofessional staff.

Not even a single board of this hotel is available. Personal property is converted into a hotel. Average services and poor amenities like wifi, t. V. & mirror in the room

hotel staff behaviour was bad didn’t received full facilities which were mentioned at booking time (Tv etc) staffs tone was not good while talking with customers/us overall bad experience over here no doubt people given this hotel as 1 star…😮‍💨

I had a very bad experince i will not recommend it to any one. no one is in this area aware about this place high tide waves. All the doors of the rooms are jammed and broken and not even the supply of towels and other services.

We reached here late night and no body was there to attend us. No one picked the call. After waiting outside for half an hour they attended us although we had a pure bookings. Not at all suggested just because of poor service.

There is no wardrobe for cloths, tv is not working, no toilet paper available, hotel booking name & actual hotel name is found different, no facility of ordering breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, poor service

The room was good. But the bathroom is avarage. They provided ac room with balcony. Overall it was a good stay
