All staffs are good room is clean and their behaviour is also good. but they should maintain the equipment whatever given or what are there like if electricity is not working properly then AC will not work.Foods are too expensive.

Average Stay
The room size is fine.... But the AC in the room doesn't work properly.... And when the power goes out, the automatic button doesn't turn on, so if you're asleep, the AC in your room will remain off.... The location is better.... The breakfast is okay but it can be improved further for a hotel chain; otherwise, the breakfast system is average.

Poor Stay
The bed sheets were torn. There were stain marks on the sheets. The refrigerator was not working. If you asked for cold drinking water, it was normal water.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Has all necessary things in room. Washroom was spacious and very clean. I stayed one night with all comfort. In morning breakfast was tasty and specially staff is well trained and professional, polite, always ready to help.

I had a pleasant stay at hhw buddha lineage in Sarnath, Varanasi. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to major attractions like the Dhamek Stupa and Sarnath Museum. family with 1 kidWe took three rooms and It’s a newly built property, All rooms were specious and food was also good. The hotel is in Sarnath and many tourists attractions are near by. Kashi Vishvanath temple is 7 KM away from this hotel

Wonder experience love to stay again and again. All staff including front desk room service was excellent. Must visit hotel at sarnath area. Wonderful hospitality. Food was awesome.

Excellent Stay
Hotel premises is neat and clean. Location is 23km from airport and 8-9km from kedar ghat. I stayed for 7-8 hours only. Staff is polite and co-operative. Rooms are well equipped and hyegenic. Not done breakfast as i was not having time. Nice and comfortable stay.

Excellent service
familyDuring my one night stay on 2nd april, we couldn’t get cab while leaving hotel at 1. 30 am, we explored all the options but failed. Mr gyan s upadhyay front desk manager helped us reach in time at varanasi jn railway station by arranging vehicle and driving himself to our destination. This generous gesture of his touched us. We are very much thankful to him. Even the restaurant staff were very gentle and nice. We would definitely love to stay again if we get the opportunity to visit varanasi in near future

First off really thanks for hhw hotel for nice service room is very spacious, for use bathroom is very clean hot & cool water. Break fast, and lunch, dinner is very testy food. So pols book the hhw hotel in varanasi very good price with excellent service. Thanks hhw
