Very terrible experience. The hotel is a worst one , which I have ever visited. Broken bath room fittings, broken ceilings, AC not working, not hygienic and hotel staff room staff most boring. No response from hotel staff after long hours. High cost food, no dining place. I pray all not to come to this hotel. very pathetic condition. bathroom very messy.

No toilet please no blanket, and room was not clean

The staff was not well informed of the guests being offered free breakfast and got a bill of 900 whereas dinner was for 600 which is weird. Breakfast was late by almost 2 hours. Moreover overall staff was not bad but we expected more in terms of presentation and manners. Room was ok but hot water was not available everytime.

Not a good experience spending night and the experience was like any cheap hotel. Locks were broken all walls plasters coming out. No hot water. Not clean at all.

Room service and reception is pathetic. Lot of chaos at night. Please stay away from this property. Rooms are not maintained well, cleanliness is average. No one is responsible for anything,

Experience is very bad

Ok. The room was very dirty, the linen was dirty and the blanket was stinking. Bathroom door was not locking from outside.

Very helpful staff n ambiance superb. Must visit to this hotel. Its walkable to assist ghat. Near by u can explore things.

Worst experience. Poor service. Unhygienic. Untrend staff. Poor infra. Hotel is not as similar as the picture poster. Bakwas hotel tha bilkul. Stay anywhere else within same price but not here. I have booked for breakfast but there was no buffet it was like a restaurant. But yes safe was good. Provided tasty breakfast. The only thing which was reasonable.

Room not maintained. Fan regulator not working. Ac remote not working. Geyser not working. No one was there to address the complaint. Breakfast was told to be complementary in booking but when i ask for breakfast thay told that it is limited to one order and has got exhausted as i ask for a tea in the morning. I ordered a soup which was very bad.

All about his service problems, not a professional way in hotel staff they are asking tips whenever bringing food.

Location good - hotel is on highway , food - Good .... Service Too bad 👎👎.... you have to wait half an hour after you ask for something

We stayed there for one night. Hotel is good but the facilities are not up to 3 star level. Need to be improved a lot.

Horrible. I booked “super deluxe” in this kj international hotel. Nothing was super. Nothing was international. Room was stinky. The floor was dirty. The mirror was broken. The linen was soiled and torn. The fridge was not working and was stinking. The drainage was choked. I opened the window to enjoy the view, but a huge dustbin meant for the entire floor was already present to welcome me. The kettle was there, but was not working. Tv was there, but apparently, the management decided not to recharge dth connection. So the tv was as bad as not being there. The biggest problem was non-responsiveness by the front desk and house keeping even after repeated complains. Seems they had only one employee to manage the front desk 24x7. The only response i kept getting was that they are sending someone to look into it, but they never sent anyone. Even one bottle of water in room was chargeable, which is normally complementary in a decent 3 star hotel. The window ac was of low capacity. It took almost 5 hours to cool the room. There were fleas all around in the restaurant and the order was served after 1 hour and after reminding half a dozen times. The food quality was pathetic and was not worth the money i paid for.

Location good, property good but staff a blunder, the room allotted was not fit for use despite of room availability.

No tv no phone very low floor touching beds, unable to sit on toilet ex. Windows in toilet broken. Room very well lit & spacious. Close to airport. Pick & drop though agreed but not provided. Food was very good. Staff was courteous except check out when unnecessary argument took place to charge more than agreed upon.

Hotel was good the staff specifically the lady owner of the hotel was very kind. Rooms was clean and the room service was done timely. Nice

Water bottle- you have to buy. Not even complimentary for 3 nights. Wifi- not working washroom- no exhaust and its attached to the other room's washroom with open ventilation. Ac- no remote tv- no signal menu- no menu in room even after asking they dont give. Parking- outside hotel and they even called at 2am in night asking to park somewhere else.

No swimming pool available no service available no wi-fi available even they charged us extra for 1 hr delay checkout without any proper service
