Terribly dirty and unhygienic place. Absolutely no service. Food service is available for only a limited period of time. Most horrible place that I have stayed in a long time

Pathetic
Manager was very rude room were not neat and clean we found womens hairs on bed and washroom. Mostly couples book the hotel not recommend for family and working professional. Suddenly they increases the prices on mmt.

Services were slow and bathroom was not good i complaint about it but they didn't response. And they are doing there personal work in the room when we were there i said u can do it tomorrow but unhone kha kaam aaj he hoga aapke room m. I will not recommend it to anybody again i'm sorry

Poor Stay
House keeping is very bad. Poor response from working staff. No guys-er working tv is not working food price is heavy charged. Over all experience is not so good

Excellent Stay
The stay is fantastic, we all have treated well, the staff is good and understanding. Rooms were wide and everything is neat and clean. The location was a bit far to the airport but still the atmosphere around there is worth staying without any noise pollution. Food was quite nice and overall we had a great stay

Excellent Stay
Spic and span, beautiful property with prompt staff and management. Nothing gets denied here, want something not on the menu, or want something specific from the market, be it a packet of bobby pins, just ask the staff and they’ll get it done. All this is so new to me that it’s funny. Definitely recommended.

Good Stay
Place was really nice, room was properly cleaned but the food was not upto the mark. We had to manage out side.

I highly recommend to stay at vela benares because of cleanliness and hospitality from property staff. Atul is very calm and well behavior with us and available any time during our stay.

Hotel was osm bt service of bathroom which was attached from another room so we got disturbance when they knocked our room for switching on water heater for another room nd Rooms bed was also bad 😞 nd overall villa Benaras is Good
