Peaceful and Clean Stay with Excellent Hospitality 🙏
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely cooperative and always ready to help with a smile. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was excellent — the restaurant staff, chefs, and attendants were all very polite, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, though slightly on the costlier side. However, the complimentary breakfast more than makes up for it and is a great way to start the day. The hotel is located a little away from the main temple, but if you’re looking for a nice, family-friendly place to stay, this is definitely a great option. The pure vegetarian restaurant, Gaushala, and overall faith-based environment make it truly rewarding for any pilgrim. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service, and peaceful ambiance — an ideal stay for those visiting the holy site. 🙏

We stayed here for the firsttime at Balaji Palace Kashi. Must say we are really impressed by their hospitality. PROS - All the staffs were polite ecspecially Ritu and Dipali at restaurent . We booked 3 bedded room and also a double bedded room. Both were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were neat and amenities provided were good! Complimentary breaskfast has variety of foods more than enough to satisfy our appetite. On the whole i would say its worth the money we paid for... Room/Service/Amenities/Food/Location - 10/10 😊 The one and only aspect which i feel can be improved is to add More South indian foods too in the menu for lunch and dinner...

Excellent Stay
We had excellent stay at Balaji Palace Kashi. Room was beautifully decorated. It was very spacious. Service was excellent. You will see smiling faces everywhere. In fact it was like five star hotel treatment & facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Food quality was very good. Price was reasonable.

we stayed 2 nights at balaji palace.This is the new property so everything is very neat and clean. breakfast is good but few items are there but taste is normal. All the restaurant person are very polite and helpful. Especially Deepali and another girl.May be rate is little high at kashi. little faraway from main temple and other ghats. car parking is not there may be working is on.Anyway enjoyed stayed there. thanks

Excellent Stay
Our history was very comfortable and convenient. All persons are the property are very helpful and soft spoken. They were available around the clock (24 hours) need to say, instead I want to say with bold letters, Food served to us were, yummy n very tasty. I would also like to stay that, if and when i will visit Kashi, again i will prefer this property. Thank you make my trip team for guiding us, this trip stay.

Amenities and services were excellent. Front desk staff were really helpful and humble to provide al support. Only one suggestion to provide more options on breakfast menu. It was very limited.
