Location was approachable... property is clean and spacious with good parking facility... shortly they are coming up with in house restaurant.. and the stay for pets will be comfy too

overall a good experience and spacious rooms easy access, had a 2 days stay room walls were not that clean else everything was good

Its so bad, that I wanna give it a negative star. But that's not possible. So I'll give it a one. Points of dissatisfaction: 1. Poor room hygiene. 2. Poor washroom hygiene, it smelled aweful. 3. Nothing about "No visitor" policy is written in any booking platform, but we were not allowed a visitor in our room. 4. They asked our friend(who was visiting and was not allowed in room), The person is a local in the city, and was visiting us in room since we were in the city. 5. Room was booked for 3 person. They let 1 male and 1 female of us inside the room, but when other of us started showing up at different timing due to difference in flight time, they keep on telling us not allowed in one single room 6. Room's dustbin had wrapper, which should have been cleaned. Again, poor hygiene. 7. Toiletries were not provided. 8. Geyser was not working 9. Mirror was not cleaned 10. Unhospitable staff, literally saying guest make them go and down the floor too much 11. Lady in the reception is another gone case of no hospitality but extreme bad attitude Considering all these points, it was very bad stay in the hotel. I would suggest people to look for a better hotel. A very bad stay.

For a short one-night stay, this place was perfect. Comfortable, quiet, and just what I needed before continuing my travels.

Hotel is newly constructed hence everything is in brand new condition. Staff is very responsive. One pro and con is it is located at quite distance from main city. I had nice experience staying here😌

I stayed at Hotel Townhouse, Balu Road, on February 20th and 21st with my family (6 members, including 5 senior citizens), and my experience was very disappointing. The hotel was under construction, which was not mentioned at the time of booking, and the lift was also not operational. Despite having senior citizens with us, we were allotted rooms on the 4th floor (404 & 406), and our request to shift to a lower floor was not accommodated. Additionally, the hotel provided only one towel per room, even though three guests were staying in each room, which was highly inconvenient. There was also no designated room for drivers, adding to the discomfort. The hotel management did not address these serious concerns, making our stay extremely difficult. I strongly urge MakeMyTrip to process my refund as this experience was unacceptable, and I would never book this hotel again.
