Apart from wifi not working, It was a good experience.

Room was good,but restra people don’t want to deliver food on time,missing hand towel in washroom...location is good

Worst staff service, receptionist doesn’t know how to handle customer , Absolutely the worst experience ever. Dirty rooms, rude staff, and zero sense of hospitality. Wouldn’t recommend this place even for free. Extremely disappointed and the service was unresponsive. The staff was inattentive The staff here seriously needs a lesson in basic . Extremely rudeand unprofessional. Instead of helping guests, they make you feel like you’re doing them a favor by staying here. Never coming back nor recommending

I am a regular customer of this Hotel and it's definitely Value for Money Hotel but just need a slight improvement or additions in their Buffet Breakfast

Mostly it was good staying there. Supportive staff, clean overall, good location near Railway Station. New wing has better rooms. Provides good experience for stay. Although, food prices in their resturants can be better and the quality too. Had food poisoning symptoms after dinner the other night

location is good. its a huge property. well maintained. staffs were good. the only thing which surprised me was we ordered for a veg fried rice and chilly chicken for lunch which was charged around 1150₹ but when the same amount and same dish we ordered fir dinner it charged 950₹!!! the menu card didnt have the said dishes..

Very unprofessional staff room was not clean and bad smell in room Wifi was not working. Asked for invoice at checkout but the staff denied to share the invoice, called up multiple times to hotel but no update.

Everything was OK.Only food items were expensive and we didn't order anything.Ac was not working properly.Rest was ok

first of all the staff is so arrogant and rude ..they don't care about their guests. I've checked in at 11 pm. got the keys from reception and tbh there was no one to guide me to the room and. it's not hotel seems like you are actually stepping into ruins, that too maze. I literally wander 10 mins back and forth.., then someone said ..way from that electrical generation room .. seriously..how horrible..well room was built good..but again poor room service..and the cherry on the top..I had to check out at 11 am..I did at 11.02 am asked for a coffee and milk powder as i just came from outside of the hotel exploring varanasi..and water bottle ..they denied and said can only give you water. No room service will be given.... seriously terrible experience.. wasted my for 12 hours just. that too without breakfast and any meal.

Hotel Rooms were clean but Smelling very badly due to Paint. Paint smell very bad. There were not bucket & Mug in the room Water draining from AC in both our rooms. Shower was very bad and water Felt like Arrows are coming on the head. Positive point Hotel was on good location Staff were humble and cooperative

Not value for money, room size was small for triple sharing also no almara or storage provided in the room, ac was not working and after fixing by the technician it was hardly cooling anything, instead of bed they simply put mattress on floor, when you watch tv wifi speed was so poor that it keeps on buffering only.

location: perfect for us. 2km to the temple, 2-3km other temples and ghats. 10-12km to Sarnath food:: great food, had breakfast and dinner. variety options in breakfast but do remember to include it in booking ELSE DAMN expensive. Veg main course gravy items is Rs 400+, more than delhi ncr avg restaurants 😁 4 people good food shell out 2-2.5k at least amenities: the building has an old wing and a new wing. old don't have lifts, new has it. New wing rooms are good size but one side rooms don't have a window or balcony. opposite side rooms have a window. services:: courteous staff but delayed services. very rigid with their system rules, not accommodative attitude. monetize every aspect. we requested for additional 2hr stay during weekday when there was not any rush because we had our train at 3pm and I was traveling with elderly parents. first they denied and then charged per hour basis. service is poor, I have to follow up constantly 2-3 times.
