Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a delicious breakfast made it even better. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience!

We reached hotel prior 12 pm at the exact checkin time Although while we reached the property owner asked us to wait for at least 1 hour as room are not vacant yet .We waited but even after waiting 1 hour owner was continuously asking to wait for 10 min again 10 min .like pathetic service they didn't even offered a glass of water No customer service no pantry wevhave to order from out source Was really hectic for us to reach timely and even not getting attended. We all are here for only service seriously not recommended

The hotel don't have any power backup but it is written in the facilities provided that they have power backup and there is a provision for differently abled person in the list of amenities which is really not there. Service provided by this hotel is worthless and no staff is ready take any responsibility and care of the guest. you may not be able to find out a solution if you are facing any issue in this property. this property is situated in a narrow Street where most of the back you can at go so you need to walk around 750 m to reach to the hotel. my stay in this hotel was terrific as there was no light for 12 hours continuously and there was no provision in the hotel for even candle in the room and no staff was present @ reception. since the lift was not working due to power failure so even if you are sick you need to climb till your room. my wife is orthopaedic patient and it was really difficult for her to reach to the room at 4th floor. there was no facility for grievances provided by makemytrip.com and even their phone was not with by the property. booking this hotel is total waste of money and time and by mistake if you are booking this hotel you are putting yourself and your family in danger anything can happen to you and your family and definitely you will not get any solution from MakeMyTrip and the hotel. the name of the hotel is sridhara heaven but it is just like hell. I RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY HAVE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WISH THAT YOUR FAMILY AND YOU WILL BE SAME DURING STAY IN VARANASI.

The location was a little inside... rooms n room service are good. it is definitely safe for women n families.

Hotel is good but there is no Car parking facility and Temple is about 2 km walk if can get auto they will charge Rs.300 Hotel is good but there is car parking available at hotel and the temple is about 1.5km I think so the parking is mandatory
