small tiny room but it is ccleaan and neat and hot water was not available

the property has differential treatment for customers. although I had booking for deluxe ac room, at night I was informed that AC can't be switched on as they are providing geyser. later the narration got changed to AC not serviced and so it can't be switched on. I was traveling with my family and after lodging complain with customer care regarding the same the owner calls me up at 11.30pm at night and asks me to move out of the property. I was traveling with my family and at that time of the night it was next to impossible to find any accommodation due to vehicle restrictions in that particular area. the owner knows it pretty well that the customer won't find anything this late at night.I had no other option but to stay. the room doesn't have any ventilation inside and without AC it gets suffocating after a certain point of time. STRICTLY AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY

It was good. The hotel staff responded well. The house cleaning service was good. Over all experience was good

The hotel was within walking distance from kashi vishwanathji mandir. But the room size, especially the bathroom size, was way smaller than in the pictures. The staff was helpful, but basic amenities weren't provided completely.

Hotel main road se 600 mtr andar hai. Hotel tak koi bhi vehicle nahi ja payega. Room without windows ka hai

Worst experience ever, owner and manger was too rude, rooms were too small and suffocated, washrooms were also not specious, Don’t book this hotel as it’s not worth.
