The stay was very good and the staff behaviour as well. Property location was perfect, ghats and temples were nearby. The staff was very supportive throughout the stay and even when my train was delayed they happily extended the stay and made sure we are comfortable. The food quality was very good in the restaurant as well.

The hotel location is excellent. Kashi Viswanath and ghats are within 700 meters walking distance. Hotel cleanliness is awesome. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The hotel's restaurant is one of the best veg restaurants around the city.

Will strongly recommend to opt this hotel if u want to stay near the temple. Very neat and clean. Restaurant also very good. Staff are well mannered and provide prompt service. Room size proper. Would love to repeat if I visit Banaras for pilgrimage again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saffron, Varanasi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable — truly well-maintained. Location and Services are best...good stay...Staff are polite and good ...I had much luggage as this is a taxi/auto restricted zone, it doesn't effect so much because paddle rikshaws are available so many with cheap rate ..
