I stayed at Hotel Banaras Place for 2 days during my trip to Varanasi, and overall it was a pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, close to key attractions like the ghats and temples. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good Wi-Fi and basic amenities were available. The check-in/check-out process was smooth. Cons: Room service could be a bit faster. Limited food options in-house, but plenty of eateries nearby. Overall, a good budget hotel for short stays in Banaras. Good stay at hotel banaras palace.
familyThe stay was good. Service is good. Restaurant is also good. Location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions. Its on main road and behind railway station so little noisy area.

Terrible Stay
Booked room was not available. Changed 3 times in 4 days. Bad smell in the rooms. It was terrible. Cold bed tea. It was terrible.

Poor Stay
actually my experience was horrible here in the hotel, everything would hv been perfect if i had been allotted the executive room which i had booked. while check-in the staff didn't inform that we couldn't provide the executive room which u had booked instead after going to the room i felt what type of waste bunk room it is then after confirmation i found they hv allotted smthng different and they only reduced 400 and was charged for a 10/10 room size whereas 3000 smthng was actually charges for executive. even while check out the amount being taken for room and food was taken purely in cash, no cards-no upi -no bills, u can wonder what does that mean to hv cash transactions in today's world without any invoicing. as i have checked in at 6pm instead of 12 and was supposed to check out at 11am nxt day but even in this short stay these called in room at 8am and asked pl check out room by 10am as we hv different booking. who the hell are they to depart someone before time still with so much request i confirmed for a single room check out of 2 i had and they hv mooved our un arranged things from 1 room to another without our presence in the hotel (with permission still without our presence). other allotted executive room booked was spacious which i can really praise something about. horrible service by staff and utterly disappointing stay..

Good Stay
Rooms size a bit small. Loaction wise good. Food options are limited. Staff behaviour was very nice and helpful. They helped us for planning our trip also.

best hotel near banaras station …
Overall experience is very good… A little far from varanasi cant but hotel is great service is great. Rooms are very neat n clean. Food is awesome . Interior is very good.

Decent hotel stay
Decent hotel stay at an affordable price even for families. As it is a new hotel the maintenance part is good. Response from the staff was good. They need to expand and improve the in-house restaurant which i think they will do eventually.

Hotel was very clean although deluxe rooms were too small but maintained. Breakfast was limited but food quality was good and staff was very good and supportive
