Location is on a busy road, 100mtrs inside a small lane so difficult to reach with luggage. But it is nearby the ghats and lot of e-rickshaw/auto are available for commuting. Food is excellent Staff is curteous

The property was very good with Budget friendly & it was in a prime location where u will get everything like shopping and u can enjoy nice street food as well & it's hardly 1.5 km away from the Kashi Temple.

Hotel hardik inside top stairs are very beautiful. Breakfast was testy. All staff are cooperative 🎉

Rooms are big but no windows. Food is good but afternoon shift could be better.. After we checked out, we asked for a bottle of water and were ready to pay for it, but this couldn't be given since we had checked out. I mean what a policy...

Property is new and good with spacious rooms, decent service as well as resourceful management. They can help you with tips and tricks to get Darshan and other religious visits done well. Their restaurant Silver Plate is the star of the show. they have mouthwatering food across north indian, continental as well as breakfast items. Only feedback for improvement, pls have good soundproofing done. Couldn't sleep through the first night owing to a lot of noise if either the lift or the doors of nearby rooms closing.

Hotel hardik staff is good food also test i but some problem is also there may be in future they can solve

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were consistently polite and eager to assist with any requests. Located within a 10-minute walk of the iconic kashi vishwanath temple, the hotel offered a convenient base for exploring the city. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and i was pleasantly surprised by the selection of banaras sarees available in their boutique.

Excellent location, inhouse restaurant available, food tastes good. Rooms are clean and well stocked.

Suitable for proximity to temple but very inconvenient due to heavy traffic in the area as entry of cars, taxis, rickshaws is prohibited duringthetouristseason. So you-have to drag your luggage to the hotel. No one comes from the hotel to help. Room size is too small, no window or ventilation. Food average and service is too slow. Though the staff is courteous amenities and cleanliness in the room are fine. I had high hopes reading the reviews on make my trip but i'm sorry to say, the reviews didn't match my experience.

Hotel hardik palacio has spacious rooms. Good and warm staff to take care of you. Silver plate restaurant has good delicious food. Hotel is in prime area which makes visiting ghats and vishwanath temple within walking distance. Overall good experience.

Location of the hotel is good, nearby walking distance to all major places. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Staff service was good. Overall it was beyond our expectations to find such a great hotel at the price which is comparatively lower than other hotels. During checkout, hotel manager also gave a some gifts, it was really a good gesture.

Location was nice and convenient. Ghats and temples are nearby. Good restaurants are also nearby. Overall it was quiet nice and good stay.

Our stay for 3 nights was very comfortable. Best thing we liked about the hotel is the staff. Super friendly, ever smiling and very prompt. We did not try any food at the hotel as we were having famous banaras street food. Rooms were neat and clean, well maintained and cleaned daily. Bathroom was little cramped but considering the friendly and welcoming treatment we received at hotel, it did not bother us.

The experience of stay was really pleasant. It can be an ideal selection if travellers travel-ls with family. Deluxe room was spacious and well managed with required amenities. The ambiance was well maintained by professional team. Overall experience was amazing that i can say honestly. In case of the further development as a customer wish to highlight the lacuna at restaurant management in terms of adequate professionalism which is not aligned with concurrent specification that prevails in competitive market.
