The room is very clean and spacious. Staff behaviour is nice plus they help us a lot with the spots where we can find everything. The food was great. This place adds up to amplifies the whole experience of my trip.

staff is very helpful they guide us and they also recommend some amazing place where we can explore in varanasi...They also make some big royal room on 4th floor which is newly maid.Breakfast was served on restaurant which is on 4th floor..It was an open restaurant which was looking amazing.

Room is very small in size. Single beds were given, it is so small that i have fallen down during sleep. For 3 rd person no cot was given, one folding beding was given. In parking lot kitchen was there.

Hotel is conveniently located near railway station and it is well suitable if you are travelling with elderly and kids as it is on road. Rooms are spacious and staff is so courteous. They make all small efforts to make ur stay pleasant and comfortable. Food is tasty and hygienic. Interiors of rooms are so thoughtful according to the theme of Banaras. In each room they provided spiritual books to make ur stay more awakening. Hotel is highly recommended for families.

staff services are very good just one call away, hygiene of room and washroom is well maintained and also room designed with noice cancelation which keeps you away from city choas as it is located just by main Road. Overall it was fantastic experience here🥳

The hotel room size is small and the worst part is that breakfast is served in the room. There is no restaurant of its own.

Service from the place was excellent. They helped with shops and even for booking autos. The In charge person Mr.Rudra Pratap Singh was so kind and helpful. Suggested such amazing food. Even though we were tourists he helped find different hotel and suggested the delicacies for Varansi

The location was convenient but a little far from the temple and other areas... The managing staff was very helpful and supportive.. but room size and food quality is not as per the amount charged.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are clean. Bathroom fittings perhaps need some improvement. Food was decent but a lot of scope for improvement. Bed sheet cleanliness was average. Parking space for 4 cars maximum. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall a decent experience. Felt overpraised because of the kumbh perhaps but acceptable.

The rooms were pretty dusty, molds were present in the bathroom, quite a lot of insects and in general the rooms requires a lot of repair. on the bright side, the food is really good and the in house vehicle service is amazing.
