Hotel Sarc Inn

I booked a Deluxe big bed room, but they provided me with two single bed economy rooms. When I booked through the app, I saw photos of two rooms - one economy and one deluxe. However, they provided an economy room and claimed it was the deluxe room they had.

very good value for money. nice staff clean and luxurious rooms. location also great with connectivity to whole of banaras.

The room was very small, the floor was coming on the floor, there was no system right after asking for goods

our stay was good, comfortable. it was our second time stay here. though the hotel is pricey.Hotel staff was good. cleanliness was good. food was average. location was very good one can easily find auto , rickshaw day and night. market was near by the Hotel. only discomfort was the size of the room. it's very small and very conjusted. bathroom was also very small. hygiene was maintained. amenities were normal like any other good Hotel has.

As a Corporate Traveller !! I always try to Sach hotel like My home So finelly i found this Hotel Great location, Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service , Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great location, easy for cabs & autos to reach, and close to a nice market area but zero noise in the room. It is not too far from the Ghats either, just 10 minutes in an autorickshaw or cab. Rooms are clean and hotel is newly built so everything’s fresh & nice. Standard rooms are a bit cosy for two. Strongly recommend having food at the hotel itself, really great food. Veg and Non Veg Platters were really impressive. Also, excellent WiFi!

one of the worst stay i ever had. rude and arrogant staffs from reception to room services, housekeeping etc. rooms are so small that hardly any space to move. they cheat customers by not providing buffet which they had booked instead they say customers are less hence order from alacart. they will verbally tell menu and you are forced to eat. super cheaters.

The smallest room ever, no place to even keep walking or stand, loaded with mosquitos. Highly overpriced and not worth it.

The rooms are very tiny for such hyped and overpriced hotel. Would definitely not recommend anyone to go.

Great food, please wait for atleast 20 minutes after ordering. Good service and hospitality. Seems to be a newly constructed property. Room size is very small. No car parking. Hotel is roughly 3. 5km away from kashi vishwanath temple and the right next to the main road.

Room was clean, bathroom is big, shower is good, 2km from ghats on walk, checkin time is fixed, food is good but takes time to get prepared so place order early. Tea is good. No

Had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has all amenities and the staffs are super cooperative. Everything was awesome only the rooms are little cozy but good for single occupancy. Breakfast was homely and good.

It's too prices compared to the hotel standards. I traveled with family and we were 3 adults in a suit room. Room size is ok. Overall room found to be clean but the linen, towels were not upto the mark with stain marks on them. I had to pay extra for the matters provided to us. The bathroom doesn't even have a threshold to contain water spill over to the toilet area. There was no locker to keep valuables. Breakfast was very standard. Staff were very polite and helpful. The property is very compacted one looked to be developed in a residential plot with very tiny lift etc. This is not value for money what i paid. Location is ok about 3 km from kashi vishwanath temple.
